Broncho mix. Bronchomax will help in the treatment of nasal diseases

It just so happened that I had to buy a remedy from a local pharmacy for a dry, suffocating cough that appeared suddenly after a nervous shock. My favorite in this business, Gerbion, currently costs more than 80 UAH here, and my gaze naturally fell on Broncho-mix syrup.

Price its - a little more than 30 UAH.

Manufacturer - NPL "Phytoproduct" LLC, Kharkov.

Volume - 100 ml.

Package. The syrup is packed in a cardboard box, the most ordinary one, in the picture there is a blooming plantain.

Compound . This is where I was very stupid, because I had to read it at the pharmacy - then I definitely wouldn’t have bought it! Horror, sugar comes first - and it’s as much as 64%! Plantain extract is only in 4th place. I have nothing against ascorbic acid, sage, echinacea and other things, but compared to sugar, the herbs there are like a cat crying

Method of administration indicated on the packaging. But I was also confused by the recommendations for use. It turns out that Broncho-mix is considered a dietary supplement to the diet.

The set includes a bottle, without measuring spoon and instructions.

bottle the most common one made of brown plastic with a screw-on plastic cap.

Color This syrup has a caramel, golden brown color.

Taste turned out to be just terrible, sorry! Sirom is too sweet, very cloying, so much so that it is difficult to swallow without drinking water! In addition, the menthol included in its composition makes the aftertaste even more vigorous!

Effect. I won’t say that there is no effect at all. On the second day after use, the suffocating cough became less severe, and after a couple of days the cough turned into an expectorant cough - i.e. more frequent but shorter in duration. It is worth noting that there is no sputum at all with this type of cough, it was just necessary to relieve the symptoms of cough in chronic bronchitis. Gerbion copes with such a problem without difficulty; it simply relieves a cough without turning it into an expectorant cough. Broncho-mix syrup is a common expectorant, similar to licorice root. I think it would be better to drink licorice root than 64% sugar in the form of syrup.

Next time I will not buy this syrup and, most likely, I will not recommend it to you. This is a very weak remedy for dry cough. I think if it’s severe (not caused by stress), it will be completely useless!

Thank you all for your attention!

Analogs

The drug Bronchomax has a small number of direct analogues. Among the analogues are Fosidal, Erespal, Inspiron, and Amispiron.

In addition, there are drugs that are similar in their mechanism of action, for example, Daxas, Atma, and Xolair.

Among these drugs you can find cheaper analogues, however, the decision to take this or that drug should be made only by a doctor or pharmacist.

Maintaining the body in a normal state cannot do without medications. And therefore it is important to know what this or that medicine is. Today we will try to understand what Bronchomax (tablets) are. Instructions, recommendations, reviews - all this will be presented to your attention. And only after studying all the information should you make a conclusion about the quality of the drug. Maybe he can really quickly cure some illness?

Description and composition

What is Bronchomax (tablets)? The instructions state that this drug is intended for oral administration. It treats bronchial diseases. Tablets are produced in boxes of 30 pieces (3 blisters).

In addition, there is another form of "Bronchomax" - in the form of syrup. Only this option is most often prescribed to children. And people who have problems swallowing pills. This alternative makes buyers very happy. However, tablets are the most popular.

The product contains this is the only active ingredient. There are also excipients: purified water, sugar, banana flavor, glycerin, propylparaben E 216, methylparaben E 218, as well as glycyram.

When to take

But when should you resort to using this medication? After all, doctors quite often prescribe Bronchomax (tablets) to their patients. The instructions for use state that this drug is suitable for the treatment of both children and adults. But in what specific cases?

For example, during inflammatory processes in the bronchi. This is precisely the main indication for use. In addition, this also includes measles, whooping cough, and allergic rhinitis. Don't forget about the flu, as well as ARVI. For these diseases, children and adults are prescribed Bronchomax (tablets). The instructions for this product also inform you that if you have a cough, you should also start taking the drug.

In principle, we can end here. Before you start taking it, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Only he will be able to prescribe this drug for you in a specific case.

Prohibitions

True, any medicine has its contraindications. Here "Bronchomax" (tablets), the instructions, reviews and recommendations of which are presented to our attention, collects quite good opinions on this matter.

The thing is that this medication has no contraindications. People with hypersensitivity and a tendency to allergic reactions should take it with caution. The use of this drug is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications to tablets also include problems with swallowing capsules. In this case, you should replace the tablets with syrup. Perhaps these are all the nuances that are worth knowing.

Dosage

So, we were prescribed to take Bronchomax (tablets). The instructions for this drug contain instructions and recommendations regarding dosage. And this makes consumers extremely happy.

After all, all the instructions are extremely simple. You should take 1-2 tablets of the drug per day. The course of treatment is about a month, sometimes more. The best option is to take Bronchomax with breakfast and dinner. That is, in the morning and in the evening, during meals. Take the tablets with plenty of water. It is better not to take this remedy on an empty stomach.

Now we know how to use Bronchomax (tablets). Instructions for use for children allow the use of only syrup. Three times a day, 4 milligrams of the drug per 1 kilogram of weight - this is the dosage prescribed for infants and children up to one year old. From 1 to 2 years - dissolve 1 teaspoon in a bottle with a drink or milk. Up to 18 years old, give 2-3 teaspoons of syrup per day. Nothing complicated. And this, of course, pleases buyers. Syrup is rarely prescribed for adults. If this option suits you, then distribute 3-6 teaspoons of the drug per day.

Cost and side effects

"Bronchomax 80" (tablets), instructions for use of which are in each package, to be honest, does not receive particularly positive opinions for its side effects. But for the price they are quite good.

The thing is that the tablets will cost the buyer 70 rubles per pack. Not that expensive for a modern medicine for bronchial problems. When it comes to syrup, opinions change for the worse, because one bottle costs about 200 rubles.

The drug has quite a lot of side effects. They are not dangerous, but still unpleasant. And therefore, buyers begin to be skeptical about the drug. After taking the pills, you may notice tachycardia, rapid breathing, nausea (sometimes even vomiting), weakness in the body, migraines and headaches, and stomach pain. Occasionally, allergic reactions occur in the form of skin rashes, itching, and burning. There have been cases when people developed Quincke's edema after taking Bronchomax. An extremely rare occurrence, but it scares off some patients. Especially hypersensitive and simply impressionable.

Efficiency of application

Of course, the most important thing for any medicine is its effectiveness. Sometimes you can turn a blind eye to the high cost of a drug if it really helps. How are we doing with Bronchomax?

In most cases, these tablets (and syrup too) do their job perfectly. The drug quickly relieves inflammation of the larynx and also restores the bronchi. Buyers note that cough (dry) can be treated with this medication within a week. Not too long, which is nice.

For some more serious bronchial diseases, the result will be noticeable in about a week and a half. If you use Bronchomax (tablets) for a week, the instructions for use of which are now known to you, the result will not be long in coming.

True, not everything is as good as it seems. Due to some side effects of the drug, some say that it is necessary to replace Bronchomax with analogues. Not very often, but it happens. In order not to be disappointed in the drug, it is recommended to consult a doctor for advice before starting treatment. Perhaps Bronchomax will not be accepted by your body as it should be.

I really love this syrup. My whole family constantly helps out, as soon as we start coughing, our favorite Suprimo-broncho immediately comes into play. It helps with cough quite quickly and efficiently. We chose it because of its composition, which contains only medicinal plants, and it tastes and smells very pleasant.

The syrup is really effective. Excellent composition based on plant raw materials. The smell is pleasant and tastes sweet. I don’t have children yet, so I treat myself with it and it always helps me with my cough.

For me, fundamentally, I don’t understand how alcohol-containing drugs can be treated when the body is already aimed at fighting a cold, and it also needs to digest alcohol. Moreover, I don’t understand when alcohol-containing syrups are given to children. Why, if there is a good remedy, natural and not expensive, like this!

The rescue! The syrup tastes good, is natural, does not contain alcohol, and helps quickly. My child and I got sick and a couple of us were coughing until our abdominal muscles hurt, the doctor prescribed Suprima Broncho for both of us, usually you can’t force your son to drink anything like that, but here he came after me with a jar. Within weeks the cough was completely gone.

Ima: Where to order

Nina: Thank you for such a detailed analysis.

Maria: I suffered with this disease for a long time, went on diets, tried various medications.

Vera: For type 2 diabetes mellitus it is completely useless, even if taken together with.

  • blocking H1-histamine receptors and antispasmodic effect on bronchial smooth muscles
  • anti-inflammatory effect, which leads to a decrease in the production of various inflammatory factors (cytokines, TNFa, arachidonic acid derivatives, prostaglandins, leukotrienes, thromboxane, free radicals), some of them also have a bronchoconstrictor effect;
  • inhibition of a 1 -adrenergic receptors that stimulate the secretion of viscous mucus.

Pharmacokinetics. Cmax in blood plasma is achieved on average 2.3 ± 2.5 hours (range of fluctuations - from 0.5 to 8:00) after oral administration. T ½ - 12:00. Excretion is mainly in the urine.

Indications

In animal studies, cases of cleft palate have been observed in rats and rabbits. It is unknown whether fenspiride passes into breast milk, so the drug should not be used during breastfeeding. Studies have shown no effect on the fertility of female and male rats.

The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

No studies have been carried out on the effect of the drug on the reaction rate. Since the drug may cause drowsiness, there may be a slight effect on the reaction rate, especially at the beginning of treatment or when drinking alcohol.
