To ensure that essential oils are preserved as much as possible in the infusion, there is a cold method. Parsley root is crushed. For 1 tbsp. - glass of water. Take boiled and cooled water. Leave for 14 hours. Strain and drink ¼ glass before meals. Drink the infusion three times a day.

Brew like tea

The root can be brewed as tea. It is indicated for urolithiasis, prostatitis, and flatulence. It also helps to improve skin health. Take 2 tbsp. crushed root per 0.5 liters of boiling water. It is better to take ceramic dishes. Cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. Strain and drink 3-4 times a day. The dosage per day is 120 ml.

French cold root vegetable soup

Thanks to the combination of medicinal roots of parsley and celery, this soup acquires a subtle spicy taste. These root vegetables help actively remove excess fluid and get rid of edema of various origins.

Ingredients:

— parsley roots – 5 pcs.;

- celery roots - 3 pcs.;

— onion – 2 pcs.;

— corn oil – 20 ml;

– green onions – 50 g;

- parsley - a small bunch;

- celery greens - 2 sprigs;

- apple or wine vinegar - 5 ml;

- sugar and salt (sea salt) - to taste.

Preparation:

- Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in oil until half cooked;

- cut the peeled parsley roots into thin rings, cut the peeled celery roots into thin slices and add to the frying onions;

- mix everything and continue frying for 5 minutes;

- pour boiling water, add vinegar, salt and sugar and cook until the vegetables are ready, but under no circumstances overcook (vegetables should not spread or be overly soft);
