To prepare such a tasty and very aromatic dish, you need to use one kilogram of chicken breasts, three hundred grams of cheese, one hundred grams of pine nuts. You will also need some salt, pepper and spices depending on your taste preferences.

Rinse the chicken breasts with cold water and cut them in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Cover each half of meat with a piece of plastic wrap and beat thoroughly with a kitchen hammer. Pepper and add salt to the resulting meat.

Take a sheet of foil and line a baking tray with it. Place the prepared meat into the pan.

Grate the cheese on a fairly large grater. Sprinkle it evenly over the chicken and sprinkle the peeled pine nuts on top.

Cover the contents of the baking sheet with foil so that the cheese does not then melt to the foil. And place in the oven, preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees, for twenty to thirty minutes. Then open the foil and return the pan. After another seven minutes, the dish can be considered ready.

As simple as that: chicken on a bottle

To prepare such a dish for a family dinner, you can stock up on one whole chicken, salt, ground black pepper, garlic (a couple of cloves), spices to taste and bay leaf.

Wash the chicken thoroughly, dry it and rub it on all sides (both inside and outside) with a mixture of garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf and seasonings. Leave the carcass alone for several hours or even a day (in the refrigerator, of course).

Fill a milk bottle or jar to the top with cold water. Place the prepared carcass on the bottle, and also pour water into the baking tray. Place the bottle with chicken on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to two hundred and fifty degrees, for twenty minutes. Then reduce the heat to one hundred and eighty degrees, and continue cooking for another forty minutes.

The finished chicken should be removed from the bottle, cooled for five to ten minutes and cut into portions.

Simple pork recipes

The simplest pork recipe in the oven

To prepare the simplest version of meat, you need to stock up on one and a half kilograms of pork, salt and spices to taste. Also use some garlic cloves. It is best to prepare a moderately fatty piece of meat, as lean pork will be a bit dry.

First of all, rinse and dry the meat. Cut the garlic cloves into several pieces. Make punctures in the meat with a sharp knife and stuff it with garlic. Then add salt and pepper to the pork and season on all sides. Wrap the meat in foil several times so that liquid does not leak from it when baking, and leave for a couple of hours (or even a day) to marinate.

Place the prepared meat in the oven, preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees, and cook for forty-five minutes.

Simple homemade pork

To prepare this dish you will need pots for baking in the oven. From the products you need to stock up on six hundred grams of pork, twelve potatoes, a couple of onions, a couple of carrots and two medium tomatoes. Also use fifty grams of hard cheese, one bell pepper and some salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions. Chop the onion into smaller pieces and grate the carrots. Fry them in vegetable oil until nicely golden.
Chop the pork and potatoes into pieces, and the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes.

Prepare the pots for baking. Place potatoes on the bottom, then meat, followed by fried meat, and then tomatoes and peppers. Pour about eighty milliliters of water (or broth, if you happen to have it on hand) into each pot. Place a slice of cheese on top, add salt and pepper. Cover the pots with lids and place in the oven, preheated to two hundred and fifty degrees. Cook for fifty to sixty minutes.

Simple Braised Pork

To prepare such a juicy, aromatic and tasty meat dish, you need to use half a kilogram of pork pulp, one medium onion, a certain amount of salt and pepper.

Rinse and dry the meat, cut it into small pieces. Place a frying pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil on it and heat it thoroughly. Fry the meat, without reducing the heat, several batches until golden (but not cooked). Place pork on a separate plate. Having finished with the meat, fry finely chopped onion in the same frying pan until nicely golden.

Then add the prepared pork to the onion, pour in a little boiling water, cover with a lid and finally reduce the heat. Simmer the meat for twenty minutes. Add salt and pepper to the finished pork and mix well. Serve with any side dish of your choice.

3-when fried, a wonderful crust appears on the meat (pig and that’s it...) and the pieces turn out juicy, reminiscent of carbonate...
4-for “pseudo fish” you need to take the breast and cut it into slices (large ones possible); here we simply increase the lemon juice from 2 pieces.

For this recipe, only chicken breast is used, which must be cut into small pieces; roughly speaking, one breast can be cut into about eight to ten pieces.

Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and begin to fry the chicken meat in it.

Fry until lightly browned and pour generously of soy sauce, doing everything with continuous stirring.

Then add a tablespoon of starch per two breasts, and do not stop stirring.

Add about a tablespoon of nine percent table vinegar, and sugar according to taste, no need for salt, because soy sauce is salt.

Place the prepared chicken on a cutting board and lightly sprinkle with flour. Now add a little oil to the frying pan, put it on the fire and wait for the oil to heat up. Fry the chicken until beautifully golden brown over medium heat, stirring systematically. There is no need to cover the pan with a lid.
