Today Tatyana Litvinova is one of the most beloved judges among viewers of the MasterChef show on the STB channel. True, she herself could not even imagine that one day her childhood hobby would fill almost her entire life.

In an exclusive interview, “The One” spoke candidly about her childhood, ups and downs, and about the men who make her happy every day.

- Tatyana, before you started your career as a presenter, you were fond of volleyball (candidate for master of sports in volleyball), what prompted you to quit sports and go to study at the Academy of Food Technologies?

As a child, I was a very tall girl. And in the Soviet school, everything that stood out from the crowd was cruelly condemned by the entire system, including the children in the class. When I went to volleyball, where there were a lot of tall children, I realized that the world can be different and, in fact, I found “my environment.” For five years, DYUSSHOR-2 - the Children's and Youth School of the Olympic Reserve - was my second family, which gave me even more than a regular educational school. I went to training every day except Sunday, sometimes even with a fever (I hid it from my mother). Exactly half of my childhood was spent there, or at least my growing up.

My mother really wanted me to develop qualities that would be useful to me in the future: to engage in creativity - vocals or dancing. But I was categorically against it, I felt very comfortable there, although the loads were sometimes extreme.

Training at the sports school ended in the dashing 90s. At a time when everything was falling apart. Many girls from my team went to different countries: some played in the Turkish national team, others in Poland. But I myself didn’t even think or dream of developing in this direction. The system of professional sports collapsed along with the country.

Thanks to my mother’s admonitions, I also understood that among the athletes there are no healthy people. Due to falls and rolls, almost all volleyball players have problems with their knees, hip joints, and sacrum. Many, as a rule, then cannot give birth on their own, only by caesarean.

When I received a certificate of completion from a sports school, I understood that volleyball is not a profession, and I need to go to college and get a basic education. The choice was not difficult, since the Institute of Food Technologies is the only one in the city, and all my aspirations were only in this area.

- You are very popular now. Do you think fame has changed your character?

I don't think it's changed much. I often forget about my recognition. Working on television, she was always as frank as possible, and did not play any roles or games. Well, except for pirates and Harley Quinn according to the script. Therefore, when people recognize me in everyday life, I take it easily. I’m not making anything up, I’m just communicating the way I would have done it 10 years ago. At this moment, people are trying to show you all their affection and love, which is certainly nice. But there is also a downside. There are times when this recognition gets in the way. Sometimes I can’t calmly walk through a supermarket, market, or feel free in the gym locker room. It really bothers me when people look at me. Even because of this, I began to deny myself a lot. I'm becoming such an avid homebody.

- The Other Side of Success - envy. Have you ever encountered the envy of your friends or other people? What did this mean?

I don't really pay attention to things like that. At first it was unpleasant, but I easily dealt with it. I admit: sometimes it even makes me laugh. Reaction to someone else's life is a personal choice of each person. If someone considered it necessary to pass the test of envy, some kind of bias, then how can I help him - let him have fun.

Recently I heard from friends how my friends were whispering behind my back: “Don’t let him lie that he’s injecting himself!” (They meant injections for wrinkles) Or recently my cosmetologist overheard a conversation among plastic surgeons: the remark that I had good plastic surgery. Such things make me happy and say that I am doing everything right, leading the right lifestyle, and my thoughts and intentions are pure.

- Fantastic stories are constantly made up about famous people. What was the strangest thing you've heard about yourself?

When I first came to work on the STB channel in the program “Everything Will Be Good,” there were rumors that I was a relative of Alexei Litvinov. Allegedly, it was at his suggestion that they took me on television. But this is not true. Unfortunately, we never crossed paths with him in our lives. We didn't even know each other personally.

- Do you remember the funniest incident in your life?

Now my husband and I live in a private house, from the windows of which a beautiful view of the central part of Kyiv opens. And recently Yaroslav saw and overheard the speech of a guide showing this view to a group of tourists, where in conclusion he said: “But Tatyana Litvinova lives in this house.” An unexpected twist that amused me and scared me at the same time.

- Who usually cooks at home - you or your husband?

I usually cook, but my husband helps me a lot. When I come home very late, Yaroslav always has something to please me with. During the time that we have been together, he has significantly expanded his culinary achievements, which were previously limited to scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions.

- What do you like to pamper your husband with?

He loves Indian cuisine very much, with its vegetarian variety, everything hot and spicy. We try to adhere to seasonality in our diet. In summer, we prepare simple meals with plenty of fruits and vegetables to stock up on vitamins. But in the winter, various vegetables and roots appear in the diet: parsnips, beets, carrots. We also ferment seasonal tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, and mushrooms. We are such economic badgers.

- What is more in your family life: humor or romance?

Humor. I have a very smart husband. His most attractive feature is his sense of humor. He knows how to support me, how to inspire me, what surprises to give me. It's always interesting with him.

- What was the most memorable surprise he gave you?

- Your son Vladimir is already 18 years old. A little more and the daughters-in-law will go. Will you accept any choice of your son?

For now I am just preparing for this event. But I hope that I have enough wisdom and tolerance to accept any choice of my son. I really want him to be happy. The main thing is that he feels comfortable with the girl he chooses.

- Was it Vladimir’s own desire to get an education abroad, or did you insist?

This was our joint decision. I am the kind of mother who was very afraid of spoiling my boy. Therefore, I decided to use Western experience, when children are sent to closed schools, preparing them for independence and responsibility as early as possible. It was terribly difficult for me to tear him away from me.

Mothers of adult children will probably understand me very well now. On the one hand, we protect them from the injustices of this world, we worry about their health and life, all the time controlling them and telling them what to do. On the other hand, we want them to grow up responsible and independent. Even now, after so many years of him living on his own, I cope with it with great effort.

- How often do you get to see him?

We see each other when he comes on vacation. He spends the whole summer in Ukraine. My little dream is that he finds his calling as early as possible and is happy in his choice. He is a very capable, intelligent, creative and talented young man. Like any mother, I can talk about my child endlessly. Let's take the next question :)

- How do you get rid of stress or fatigue? - Do you have any hobbies for your soul?

Sport saves me. Large fitness loads, such as running in the fresh air. I also cannot imagine my life without yoga. If we talk about resuscitation unloading, this is diving. When I go underwater, it's like being put under anesthesia. You emerge from under the water, as if after a reboot. When we have the opportunity to travel, we try to fly to Southeast Asia, where the air and water temperatures are the same. It's a pleasure to dive underwater there.

- Have you ever had any regrets?

It would probably be wrong to say that my life is cloudless and carefree. This would be complete hypocrisy.

I have a multifaceted female destiny with disappointments, endless moves to rented apartments, betrayals of business partners.

Of course, I would not want to go through a divorce from my first husband, the pain that was with me during this period, the pain of my son, which I saw in his eyes. A fire when my business, my restaurant, burned down. I would not want my father, who has been bedridden for the past five years, to suffer. I would like him to be healthy, vigorous and full of strength. I would like there to be no war, embezzlement and other unnecessary things and injustices in our country. But most of all I regret that I only have one child.

Judge of the show “MasterChef” and culinary expert of the programs “Everything will be good” and “Everything will be delicious!” on the STB channel, the charming Tatyana Litvinova is always in the company of interesting men.

Colleagues Nikolai Tishchenko and Hector Jimenez-Bravo protect Tatiana on the set, at home her beloved Yaroslav surrounds her with care, and her son Vova is pleased with his academic success. For the first time, Tanya openly spoke about the main men in her life to the magazine “Relax!”

Trials and love

Tatyana, what innovations await viewers in the new season of MasterChef?
We will have 80% new competitions. We selected the most interesting and most educational tasks for the participants. We arrange stressful conditions for them under which they reveal new character traits. So this will definitely be a very interesting season!

You work in the company of luxurious men - Hector and Nikolai. Is Yaroslav jealous of you?
Working with such men allows you to always be on your toes (smiles). This also encourages Yaroslav to conquer me more and more. Therefore, I very subtly and skillfully - so as not to offend any of the men - take advantage of the situation that has developed (laughs). Yaroslav knows both Ector and Nikolai, and if we all had more free time, I think we would be friends as families. But we have such a busy schedule that sometimes I dream of only one thing - to sleep.

What does Yaroslav do?
He is a top manager who is hired to lead the company out of crisis or to a higher level. One of his latest achievements is that he brought two brands of small household appliances from 185th to 3rd place in the world ranking. Yaroslav's mother is Ukrainian, his father is Russian. He was born in Yenakievo, but then moved to Russia. It so happens that our relationship has recently undergone a very serious test. It's no secret that I am an apolitical person. But when Yaroslav once again flew to me and was searched at the border, we realized that we needed to do something so as not to lose each other because of this whole political situation. As a result, Yaroslav received a residence permit in Ukraine. Naturally, every time he crosses the border, he is still asked many questions: “Why are you going, what will you do there?..” I think this is a very bold step for him. Because it is unknown: maybe tomorrow the border between Ukraine and Russia will be closed and he will no longer be able to go there. And he has parents and children there...

But for you his move is a great joy...
Yes, although he often travels on business. I am not a supporter of the traditional orthodox family structure. I am for everyone to feel good and comfortable. For example, he is now at a very important stage in his business, and I am planning a vacation. And we won't be able to spend it together. He tells me: “Baby, I don’t want you to feel awkward. If you want to do something, tell me and do it. If this gives you pleasure, you will rest, I will be only glad!” We don't have any laws or rules. There is only a common desire to make each other happy.

With beloved Yaroslav

What about common hobbies?
Now Yaroslav is interested in aviation. He graduated from the British Aviation School and is trying to achieve all sorts of ratings. I'm drawn to this too! I've even flown as a co-pilot (smiles). We have a lot of books on aerodynamics in our house. He reads everything related to aviation in all languages of the world! (Laughs.) And I’ve even found some opportunity to make money from my hobby. I don’t know what it will lead to, but as long as his eyes light up, I’m happy.

You have another common “passion” - building your house... Does Yaroslav take part in the design and decoration?
He is trying (laughs). Sometimes he gives advice. But in the end he says: “Tanyush, I trust you. Do what you want". He helps me when I need to sign some estimates. Then he tells the contractors: “I’ll be there on such and such a date, don’t bother Tanya, I’ll decide everything myself.” And you know, this is the most pleasant thing.

"He doesn't know anyone cooler than me"

Tanya, you already had experience of marriage. Do you want to get married again?
I can’t say that this has any special meaning for me. It is much more important that we look into each other's eyes and smile. If this ever requires a stamp in your passport, I think we will do it. But now, at the thought that Yaroslav will propose to me, I begin to panic. There will be so much hassle with the wedding: guest lists, dresses, organization of the ceremony, menu... So far I don’t have the energy and time for all this. But if Yaroslav has such a desire, I will definitely take him up (smiles).

There are couples who simply sign...
I don't know how it will be for us. It's difficult to squeeze anything into our schedule. We spent a lot of effort, time and money to build our house. A year ago we had just a bare plot of land, and now we have already moved into our own home. We are currently finishing this project. And then we’ll think about other things, including the wedding.

What do you think, besides your culinary talent and beauty, was what conquered Yaroslav?
When Yaroslav raises a toast, he says that he doesn’t know anyone cooler than me (laughs). He means that he can rely on me. Yaroslav believes that I have leadership qualities. I don't get hysterical when some problem happens. On the contrary, I do everything to get out of the situation. Romance and passionate impulses are, of course, necessary in family life. But much more important is the rear, a reliable shoulder and partnerships. Similar views on attitudes towards money, towards parents, towards work. We met each other as adults and self-sufficient people. And we immediately realized that we were looking in one direction. I hope this continues forever!

You and Yaroslav have a past. Do you think it’s possible to be friends with exes?
I believe that a bad peace is better than a good quarrel. My ex-husband Sergei and I are partners until our son turns 21 and becomes mature. What's the point of us sorting things out now? We've already been through everything. Sergei has his own family, I have mine. There was pain, resentment. But step by step we built the relationship that we have now: we help each other, advise and support.

Son under supervision

Tanya, how was Yaroslav’s relationship with your son and yours with his children?
Yaroslav has a good relationship with my son. Vova, like me, has the makings of a leader; he is not a timid person. Previously, when Yaroslav first appeared in my life, Vova tried to show that he was the head of the family. I watched this but did not interfere. And thanks to his experience and wisdom, Yaroslav managed to get along with his son. When Vova says: “Finally, a person has appeared in my life who listens to normal music” or “Yaroslav, what do you think?” - I understand that he is an authority for his son. After all, teenagers listen only to those people whose opinions are important to them. And as a mother, I am happy to see that there is another shoulder on which Vova can lean. As for me, I don’t know my youngest child Yaroslav - for some reason his mother does not consider it necessary to introduce us. The eldest son is already an adult, lives with a girl, we saw him. I can’t say that I take any part in his life, but I always say that our house is open for Yaroslav’s children and for my child. They always have a room where they can stay.

With son Vova

Your son has also grown up very quickly - he is studying abroad...
He is 16, still a schoolboy. Previously, Vova studied in Britain, and a few days ago he flew to America - now he will study at a school near Boston for two years. He also wants to receive higher education in America. I don’t know yet what specialty he will choose - I used to want to be a lawyer, but now I’ve cooled off a little...

Wasn't it scary to let your only son go so far?
He lives in an American family. I thought it would be better this way - when my child would be under supervision. These are very worthy people. My father works as a basketball coach at school, my mother is a general practitioner. They have two children. They received Vova with great joy, and my heart calmed down a little.

Tanya, how will you, as a future mother-in-law, treat your son’s chosen one?
You know, since I was five years old, I have been repeating the same phrase: “I already love this girl.” I understand how difficult it is sometimes to find the keys to men. Especially as strong as my son. If she loves him, takes care of him... Lord, I will pray for her every day!

Tatiana Litvinova / viva.ua

Tatyana Litvinova agreed to appear for the Ukrainian glossy magazine Viva! On the pages of the magazine, the restaurateur appeared in seductive swimsuits.

A backstage video from the filming of Tatyana Litvinova for Viva magazine has leaked online! This is the first time that the 42-year-old judge of the MasterChef project on the STB channel posed in such revealing images that showed off her ideal figure.

When users saw the pictures, some of them said that Tatyana, the mother of an 18-year-old son, looked flawless, and some accused her of Photoshop.

Litvinova herself assures that the photographs show her in natural beauty. Her secret is age: “Over the years, you begin to take yourself less seriously and demandingly. You stop worrying about things that previously seemed important to you, but now it turns out that no one paid attention to them except you. Age allows you to relax and live more freely. There is an opportunity to concentrate on yourself.

By the way, in an interview, the restaurateur noted that she does not understand young girls who are eager to inject themselves with Botox: “When I hear from 20-year-old girls: “I would have already injected something here, and I would have given an injection here,” I want to take "A syringe and inject something directly into the brain. No one is talking now about the dangers of these drugs, because it is a huge industry. Corporations are making colossal fortunes from all these newfangled injections. But what will happen to these girls at 30-35 years old?"

Long before the culinary boom began all over the world, Tatyana Litvinova knew everything about delicious food. And there is nothing surprising here, because the future judge of the MasterChef project on STB was born and raised in Odessa. There was a tradition there: people brought various culinary masterpieces from all their apartments and held a feast almost every week right in their yard.

Since childhood, Tatyana wanted to stand out somehow, so she relied on her tall height and took up volleyball. Having become a candidate for master of sports, Tatyana Litvinova planned to connect her entire life with sports. However, her mother, concerned that every second volleyball player gives birth by cesarean section, persuaded her daughter to leave the section. After school, Tatyana entered the Institute of Food Industry, and after the second year she transferred to the correspondence department and decided to earn money.

An ambitious girl got a job in a private company that sold cash registers. Having started working as a simple accountant, Tatyana soon rose to the director's chair. Recognizing an entrepreneurial spirit in herself, Tatyana began selling ovens and refrigerators - she saved up some money, borrowed the missing amount from her businessman husband and opened her own restaurant, focusing on a hall with professional karaoke. In a short time, the establishment overtook all its competitors and gained such popularity that it was eventually destroyed by a fire of mysterious origin.

Around this time, an old friend came to visit Tatyana Litvinova, who was pleasantly surprised by the dishes that the hostess had whipped up. At the suggestion of this friend, Tatyana decided to audition for the position of culinary expert on the show “Everything Will Be Good.” Ordinary cheesecakes, topped with a secret sauce, had an indelible effect on the project management. Tatyana began to regularly appear in issues of the television magazine, where she always delighted viewers not only with recipes for delicious dishes, but also with a special positive attitude, with which she, like a culinary fairy, fluttered around the stove.

A logical development of Tatyana Litvinova’s career at STB was the offer to join the jury of the MasterChef project. Now she has taken on the role of a kind of bridge between the haute cuisine philosopher Hector Jimenez-Bravo and the “Grand Inquisitor” Nikolai Tishchenko.

The culinary expert admits that working on TV gives her great pleasure. Colleagues on the set call Tatyana a battery. And she herself admits that she recharges herself with energy by weeding in the garden, walking around her native Odessa, swimming in the Black Sea, buying herself new clothes and doing her favorite type of needlework in the evenings - decoupage.
