Master class “Use of ICT in preschool educational institutions” for teachers

Target master– class - increasing the level of professional competence teachers on use interactive equipment in the educational activities of preschool educational institutions in order to improve the quality of education in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education.

Tasks: Demonstrate the functionality of the IQBOARD interactive whiteboard in operation.

2. To develop practical skills in using an interactive whiteboard using games as an example.

3. Professional development mastery of teachers.

4. Ensuring interaction between teachers in this way so that in the process of interaction the information received turns into their personal knowledge.

We live in the 21st century, in conditions of rapid growth of information flow and the development of new information technologies. Computerization has penetrated almost all spheres of life and activity of modern man. Therefore, the introduction of computer technology in education is a logical and necessary step in the development of the modern information world as a whole.

What is ICT? Although the acronym ICT is now widely used, the term has different meanings depending on the situation. In the context of education, this concept usually refers to ICT tools and methods. use to support learning processes and other types of cognitive and developmental activities. I present to your attention a small glossary on this topic:

Glossary: Information and communication technologies in education (ICT) is a complex of educational and methodological materials, technical and instrumental means of computer technology in the educational process, forms and methods of their use to improve the activities of specialists in educational institutions (administration, educators, specialists, as well as for education (development, diagnostics, correction) children. Information and communication technologies (ICT)– this technology of access to various information sources (electronic, printed, instrumental, human) and tools for joint activities aimed at obtaining a specific result. Information is a collection of any data or knowledge. Communication is a way of communication, a form of communication, an act of communication, the communication of information by one person to another or a number of persons. Technology is a set of methods and tools to achieve the desired result, a method of transforming what is given into what is necessary

Advantages use ICT in education process:

Allows you to increase the amount of illustrative material in the lesson;

usage multimedia presentations provide clarity, which contributes to the perception and better memorization of material, which is very important, given the visual-figurative thinking of preschool children;

Simultaneously graphic is used, textual, audiovisual information;

At use animation and insertion of video fragments; dynamic processes can be shown;

Using a computer, you can simulate life situations that are impossible or difficult to demonstrate in class or to see in everyday life. (for example, reproduction of animal sounds; operation of transport, etc.).

SanPin rules and regulations for use information and communication technologies.

According to SanPin requirements, classes with using computers are suggested for children 5 years old - 10 minutes, for children 6-7 years old - 15 minutes. But if use If the computer is used only as a screen, it is allowed, if necessary, to increase the lesson by 5 minutes, but with a mandatory change of activity and physical exercise. At the end of the lesson, gymnastics for the eyes is mandatory.

Of course, it is necessary to ventilate the room before and after class.

Classes with using ICT is conducted no more than 2 - 3 times a week, all classes are conducted with a subgroup of children. SanPin determines the screen size for us: 28 inches or from 69 cm (for the whole group).

Areas of application of ICT preschool teachers

1. Maintaining documentation.

teacher.

3. Working with parents.

4. Educational process.

1. Maintaining documentation. In the process of educational activities teachers Our preschool educational institution draws up and draws up calendar and long-term plans, prepares material for decorating a parent’s corner, prints characteristics of children for the commission, draws up children’s attendance records in Excel, etc. Agree that, for example, printing a child’s characteristics using a computer is easier and faster, than to write from hands: I made a mistake - rewrite it, but in Microsoft Office you can correct, supplement, insert whole "pieces" from another source, save it in memory and write another based on one characteristic. From my own experience, I am convinced that maintaining basic documentation in electronic format significantly reduces the time required to fill it out, makes it possible to quickly make changes and additions, and facilitates storage and access to information. An important aspect use ICT is training teacher for certification: preparation of documentation, preparation of portfolio. Of course, this can be done without use computer technology, but the quality of design and time costs are not comparable, and modern requirements in education dictate their own rules. Today I want to present to your attention my portfolio, and the portfolio of my colleagues, made with using computer equipment. I think it's a handmade portfolio "lost" would be in quality.

2. Methodological work, advanced training teacher. In the information society, network electronic resources are the most convenient, fastest and most modern way to disseminate new methodological ideas and teaching aids available teachers regardless of their place of residence. Information and methodological support in the form of electronic resources can be used during preparation teacher for classes, to study new techniques, when selecting visual aids for the lesson. I offer you a list of sites with information from which I most often I use it in my work:

Useful sites http://planetadetstva.net/ - "Planet of Childhood", online magazine for teachers, http://www.site/ - "MAAM", international educational portal, educational materials for kindergarten, http://nsportal.ru/ - "Our network", social network of educators, http://dohcolonoc.ru - "Preschooler", website for kindergarten teachers, http://detsad-kitty.ru – "Kindergarten", website for children and adults, http://pochemu4ka.ru – "Why", website for children and their parents, http://doshvozrast.ru - "Preschool age", website for kindergarten.

Online communities teachers allow not only to find and use necessary methodological developments, but also post your materials, share pedagogical experience in preparing and conducting events, using various techniques, technologies.

The modern educational space requires teacher regular improvement of your qualifications. Distance training courses allow you to choose what interests you teacher direction and study without interruption from the main educational activity. This year, 5 teachers from our preschool educational institution are undergoing...

An important aspect of the work teacher is and participation in various pedagogical projects, distance competitions, olympiads, which increases the level of self-esteem, like teacher, and pupils. In-person participation in such events is often impossible due to the remoteness of the region, financial costs and other reasons. And remote participation is available to everyone. Some teachers Our preschool educational institutions have not only taken part in such competitions, but also become winners. Diplomas and certificates from such competitions supplement the portfolio teacher. Also, computer skills help to carry out methodological developments.

3. Working with parents. One of the criteria for assessing professional activity teacher, in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, is a high degree of activity and involvement of parents in the educational process and life of the kindergarten. An important role in this direction also plays usage interactive technologies.

Our preschool educational institution has created an official website https://mdou42.wordpress.com, which gives parents the opportunity to quickly obtain information about the life of the preschool educational institution, here you can share information about events organized in the kindergarten, which in turn allows you to participate in the life of the kindergarten, receive information in the form of advertisements, pedagogical advice on the site's forum, etc. This is very important, since nowadays parents are in a hurry and do not always have time to read the information posted in the corner for parents. And at home, together with your child, it is interesting to look at the kindergarten’s website, look at new photos, learn about past events, get advice, and keep abreast of the events of the group and the kindergarten as a whole. As a result, parents listen more carefully to advice teachers, participate more actively in group projects and events.

On VKontakte, the parents of our students themselves created the page “Kindergarten "Rostock" group "Fidgets". Obviously, parents feel the need to communicate with each other, exchange information and opinions, and the Internet helps them with this.

Modern technical means are used by us also when designing parent corners, announcements, congratulations and other visual material, when preparing recommended tasks for reviewing lexical topics, holding parent meetings, etc.

Parents and teachers use digital photo and video equipment. When there are videos of our children’s performances at competitions on the city stage, at various events, simple moments of everyday life, then watching them arouses keen interest among children and parents.

4. Educational process. Main in work teacher Preschool educational institution is the conduct of the educational process, which includes myself: - organization of direct educational activities of the student, - organization of joint developmental activities teacher and children, - implementation of projects, - creation of a development environment (games, manuals, teaching materials). It is becoming increasingly difficult for a modern preschool child to attract and surprise with traditional means: pictures, toys, cut-out models, folding cubes. Children who are already familiar with a computer require special attention and special means of influence when organizing classes. In preschool children, visual-figurative thinking predominates. AND usage a variety of illustrative material, both static and dynamic, allows teachers Preschool educational institutions can more quickly achieve their intended goals during direct educational activities and joint activities with children. Usage ICT allows you to make the educational process information-intensive, entertaining and comfortable. In this case, the computer should only complement the teacher, and not replace him. For me, a computer is a tool that gives me the opportunity to make children’s learning more interesting and simple, and the knowledge they gain deeper. With the help of ICT, I develop visual and didactic support for classes, which makes them more rich, interesting, and varied. In my opinion, usage ICT is based on approaches that are based on children's natural curiosity and the means to satisfy this curiosity. I believe that information and communication technologies are a means that open up limitless opportunities for educators for effective creative work.

In my work the teacher can use the following information and communication tools technologies:

Computer

Multimedia projector

Printer, scanner, laminator

VCR, DVD player

TV

Record player

Camera, video camera

Flash cards

Electronic boards

Dear teachers, in front of you is the IQBoard interactive board. And today I would like to share with you the information and practical actions that I have mastered myself. I don’t know much yet, but I will try to give you some initial knowledge. You will get acquainted with some of the functions of the interactive whiteboard and try to work on it yourself.

An interactive whiteboard is a touch screen that works as part of a system that includes a computer and a projector.

Now we will look at what functions the IQBoard interactive whiteboard has.

Show how it turns on, the main menu, a couple of simple operations.

Work with children

Work with children includes children's activities at the blackboard, educational conversation, games, eye exercises, etc. lasts from 20 to 25 minutes. Wherein usage There should be no more than 7-10 minutes of screen time. However, the main goal teacher- not to learn this or that computer program with children, but use its game content for the development of memory, thinking, imagination, speech in a particular child. And this can be achieved if the baby himself carries out the entire program with pleasure.

Practical tasks:

Conclusion.

The introduction of information technologies has advantages over traditional means training: 1. ICT allows expansion use electronic learning tools, as they transmit information faster; 2. Movements, sound, animation attract children's attention for a long time and help increase their interest in the material being studied. The high dynamics of the lesson contributes to the effective assimilation of the material, the development of memory, imagination, and creativity of children; 3. Provides clarity, which promotes perception and better memorization of material, which is very important, given the visual-figurative thinking of preschool children. This includes three types memory: visual, auditory, motor; 4. Slideshows and video clips allow you to show those moments from the surrounding world, the observation of which causes difficulties: for example, the growth of a flower, the rotation of planets around the Sun, the movement of waves, it is raining; 5. You can also simulate life situations that are impossible or difficult to show and see in everyday life (for example, reproduction of nature sounds; operation of transport, etc.); 6. Usage information technology encourages children to search for research activities, including searching the Internet independently or together with their parents; 7. ICT is an additional opportunity to work with children with disabilities.

With all the constant advantages use ICTs in preschool education also include the following: Problems: 1. Material base of the preschool educational institution. To organize classes you must have a minimum set equipment: PC, projector, speakers, screen or mobile classroom. Not all kindergartens today can afford to create such classes. 2. Protecting the child's health. Recognizing that the computer is a new powerful tool for the development of children, it is necessary to remember the commandment "DO NO HARM!". Usage ICT in preschool institutions requires careful organization of both the classes themselves and the entire regime as a whole in accordance with the age of the children and the requirements of the Sanitary Rules. To maintain an optimal microclimate, prevent the accumulation of static electricity and deterioration of the chemical and ionic composition of the air necessary: ventilation of the office before and after classes, wet cleaning before and after classes. We conduct classes with older preschoolers once a week in subgroups. In my work the teacher must use complexes of 16 exercises for the eyes. 3. Insufficient ICT – competence teacher. Teacher not only must you have a perfect knowledge of the content of all computer programs, the specifics of the technical rules for operating with each of them, understand the technical characteristics of the equipment, and be able to work in basic application programs, multimedia programs and the Internet. If the preschool educational institution team manages to solve these problems, then ICT technologies will become a great help. It is undeniable that in modern education the computer does not solve all problems; it remains just a multifunctional technical teaching tool. Usage information technology in education makes it possible to significantly enrich, qualitatively update the educational process in preschool educational institutions and increase its efficiency.

Thank you for your attention and I want to wish that the computer becomes your best assistant when working with children and parents

Svetlana Petrenko
The use of ICT in the work of a modern teacher.

The rapid development of ICT has led to the fact that a computer in kindergarten has become necessary.

One way to improve efficiency teacher's work is, creation and use of ICT. This is a convenient and effective way of presenting information using computer programs. It combines dynamics, sound and image, i.e. the factors that hold the child’s attention for the longest time. ICT proficiency gives teacher an opportunity to enrich your knowledge and skills, rethink methodological techniques. The methodological strength lies in the fact that it is easier to interest and teach a child when he perceives a coordinated stream of sound and visual images.

For a preschool child, play is the leading activity in which his personality is manifested, formed and developed. And here the computer has ample opportunities, because correctly selected educational computer games and tasks are, for the child, first of all a gaming activity, and then an educational one.

In his at work I use ICT in the selection of illustrative and additional material for educational activities, in the design of stands, in working with parents, creating presentations, as well as for creating email, maintaining a website, sharing experiences.

Use in your work non-traditional methods and techniques, for example, multimedia presentations, allow the educational process to be made more vivid, emotional, with the use of large illustrative material, with using sound effects and video recordings, and also prevents children from getting tired, supports cognitive activity, increases efficiency work in general.

With this organization of classes, three types of memory are included: children: visual, motor, auditory. English proverb reads: “I heard and forgot, I saw and remembered”.

But we must always remember that no computer technology, no matter how effective it is, can replace live communication with children. Computer technology in the classroom is not a goal, but a tool teacher, the computer should only complement teacher rather than replacing it.

We, educators, must keep up with the times and become a guide to the world of new technologies for the child.

New professional competencies of teachers
in the context of informatization of education

Tsvetkova M.S.

Continuous information education as a component of modern information culture includes the continuous training of schoolchildren in computer science, the regular use of ICT in school subjects, the use of ICT in life, the continuous training of teachers in the field of ICT and the development of the school information environment as a resource component.

ICT (information and communication technologies) are processes and methods of interaction with information that are carried out using computer devices, as well as telecommunications.

The role of ICT in modern society

Currently, one can observe a constant increase in the influence of media technologies on humans. They have a particularly strong impact on children: twenty years ago, a child would rather watch a movie than read a book. However, today, under the powerful pressure of information, advertising, computer technology, electronic toys, game consoles, etc., people are becoming increasingly disconnected from reality. Now, if a student cannot avoid reading a book, he no longer goes to the library, but downloads it to his tablet. Very often you can observe the following picture: a group of young people is sitting in a park, square or shopping and entertainment complex, they do not communicate with each other, all their attention is focused on smartphones, tablets, laptops. If this phenomenon continues to be observed, then soon children will completely forget how to communicate. And so the ministries of education of many countries on our planet, instead of developing schoolchildren’s interest in live communication and learning in general, decided to follow the path of least resistance and give children what they want. According to some experts, a child’s brain perceives new information better if it is presented in an entertaining form, which is why they easily perceive the data presented in the lesson with the help of media (in connection with this, the use of information and communication technologies in education is constantly growing today). It’s hard to argue with this, but the other side of the coin of such an educational process is that children stop communicating with the teacher, which means their ability to think decreases. It is much better to restructure the educational process so that it is not boring and always maintains the child’s thirst for new knowledge. But this issue will have to be left to the conscience of officials.

Concept of communication and information technology

The processes of informatization in modern society, as well as the closely related reform of educational activities, are characterized by the improvement and mass distribution of modern ICT. They are actively used to transmit data and ensure interaction between teacher and student in the modern system of distance and open education. Today, a teacher is required to possess skills not only in the field of ICT, but also to be responsible for the professional use of information and communication technologies in his immediate activities.

The term “technology” comes to us from the Greek language, and translated it means “science”. The modern understanding of this word includes the application of engineering and scientific knowledge to solve specific practical problems. Then information and communication technology is a technology that is aimed at transforming and processing information. But that's not all. In essence, information and communication technology is a general concept that describes various mechanisms, devices, algorithms, and methods of data processing. The most important modern ICT device is a computer equipped with the necessary software. The second, but no less important, equipment is the means of communication with information posted on them.

ICT tools used in the modern education system

The main means of ICT technology for the information environment of the education system is a personal computer equipped with the necessary software (of a systemic and applied nature, as well as tools). System software primarily includes operating software. It ensures the interaction of all PC programs with the equipment and PC user. This category also includes service and utility software. Application programs include software that represents information technology tools - working with texts, graphics, tables, etc. The modern education system widely uses universal applied office software and ICT tools, such as word processors, presentation preparation, spreadsheets, graphics packages, organizers, databases, etc.

Development of information and communication technologies

With the organization of computer networks and similar means, the education process has moved to a new quality. First of all, this is due to the ability to quickly receive information from anywhere in the world. Thanks to the global computer network Internet, instant access to the planet (electronic libraries, file storage, databases, etc.) is now possible. This popular resource has published more than two billion different multimedia documents. The network provides access and allows the use of other common ICT technologies, these include email, chat, lists, and mailings. In addition, special software has been developed for online communication (in real time), which allows, after establishing a session, to transfer text (entered from the keyboard), as well as sound, image and various files. Such software makes it possible to organize joint communication between remote users and software running on a local personal computer.

7. Ensuring learning flexibility.

Negative impact of ICT tools on students

Information and communication technology, introduced into everything, leads to a number of negative consequences, including a number of negative psychological and pedagogical factors influencing the health and physiological state of the student. As already mentioned at the beginning of the article, ITC leads to the individualization of the educational process. However, this is a serious disadvantage associated with total individualization. Such a program entails the curtailment of the already scarce live dialogical communication of the participants in the educational process: students and teachers, students among themselves. It essentially offers them a surrogate of communication - a dialogue with a computer. Indeed, even a verbally active student becomes silent for a long time when working with ICT tools. This is especially typical for students of distance and open forms of education.

Why is this so dangerous?

As a result of this form of learning, throughout the entire lesson the student is busy silently consuming the material. This leads to the fact that the part of the brain responsible for the objectification of a person’s thinking turns out to be turned off, essentially immobilized during many years of study. It is necessary to understand that the student already does not have the necessary practice of forming, formulating thoughts, as well as dialogical communication in a professional language. As psychological studies have shown, without developed communication, the student’s monological communication with himself, precisely what is commonly called independent thinking, will not be formed at the proper level. Agree that asking yourself a question is the most accurate indicator of the presence of independent thinking. As a result, if you follow the path of individualization of learning, you may miss the very opportunity to form a creative process in a person, the origin of which is built on dialogue.

Finally

To summarize, we can note another significant drawback of information and communication technologies, which stems from the main advantage - the general availability of information resources published on the Internet. This often leads to the student following the path of least resistance and borrowing ready-made essays, problem solutions, projects, reports, etc. from the Internet. Today, this already familiar fact confirms the low effectiveness of this form of learning. Of course, the prospects for the development of information and communication technologies are high, but they must be implemented thoughtfully, without manic totalization.

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL STATE BUDGETARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION "ALTAI STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY" Report on the topic: Using ICT in working with parents. Completed by student of group 2614z Chernyshova Maria Viktorovna Teacher _____________________ 2016 “An educated person is one who knows where to find what he does not know.” Georg Simmel Relevance of the problem Just as music rests on three pillars (song, dance, march), so the work of raising and educating children rests on three main components - teacher, parents, child. The interaction of parents and teachers in the upbringing of preschool children is a mutually responsible activity of adult participants in the educational process. Unfortunately, not all parents, at the required level, delve into the problems of upbringing, development and health of their child, therefore, in the conditions of life in modern society, a teacher needs to understand the questions of How to build closer relationships between children, parents and teachers? Are there enough opportunities for successful interaction? Of course, if a school institution takes full responsibility for all of the above issues, then this method cannot ensure increased efficiency in the process of raising and developing a healthy child. It is important for all participants in the process to interact and delve into problems responsibly and seriously, and not superficially. Therefore, I consider the main direction to bring together the interests of teachers, children and their parents. It is necessary for educators and parents to join forces to provide children with everything they need. It is obvious that the old forms of contact with parents are gradually becoming obsolete in our time of modern technology and innovation. Modern parents are literate, informed, but at the same time very busy and have limited time to obtain a large amount of information. Parents' employment is the main problem in the interaction between kindergarten and family. Therefore, in the new conditions, the search for such forms of interaction between family and kindergarten that make it possible to effectively implement the basic general education program of preschool education is of particular relevance. I set the following tasks for myself: Integrate and introduce information technology into the processes of education and training. To develop personality-oriented forms of interaction between subjects (children, parents, teachers) of the institution, which determine an increase in the level of professional competence of specialists and mastery of integrated ways of developing a child’s personality. To increase the interest of parents in their interaction with MBOU Secondary School No. 102. Goal: Improving the quality of education through the use of information and communication technologies. The use of ICT in the educational process is one of the modern trends in preschool education. Information and communication technologies help teachers diversify forms of support for the educational process, improve the quality of work with students’ parents, and also popularize the activities of teachers in general. The advantages of their use in interaction with the families of schoolchildren are obvious and are as follows: minimizing the time parents have access to information; the ability of the teacher to demonstrate any documents and photographic materials; ensuring an individual approach to parents of pupils; optimal combination of individual and group work with parents; growth in the volume of information; prompt receipt of information by parents; ensuring dialogue between the teacher and the parents of the group; optimization of interaction between teacher and family. Information and communication technologies include: computer, music. center, camera, copier, video camera, multimedia equipment, printer. We use ICT in our school in the following ways: Information stands for parents that contain useful information. We produce information leaflets, folders, and screens to educate parents in matters of raising and educating children. We use ICT in the design of parent corners. Thanks to these technologies, parent corners are designed aesthetically, modernly, and help attract attention. Internet resources also play an important role in organizing work with parents in modern education. To attract parents, we use the school website in our work. On which materials for parents are located (consultations, reminders, recommendations) and school news. On the personal pages of teachers at our educational institution, various games are posted, which were selected by the teacher taking into account the age characteristics of the children. Using the Internet, we conduct surveys of parents. Parents can answer questions at any time convenient for them, in a convenient place. It is very convenient to use modern technologies when holding parent meetings. In the context of the development of modern society, few teachers still use various forms of work with parents of a school group using ICT (cellular communications, preschool educational institutions websites, communication with parents by e-mail, use of a personal web page). These forms of work are used to solve current problems of children's development in the interaction of raising adults. I encourage all educators to channel their creativity and skills into technological innovation to achieve even better results. Informatization of education is a complex, multifaceted, resource-intensive process in which children, teachers, and parents participate. The creation of a unified information educational space for kindergarten is fully consistent with the interests of children's development. In modern conditions, the use of information and computer technologies (ICT) in various fields of activity has become part of the culture and a necessary norm. Knowledge of information and computer technologies helps a person feel comfortable in new socio-economic conditions. Informatization of society poses a challenge for teachers to keep up with the times, to become a child’s guide to the world of new technologies, a mentor in choosing computer programs, to form the foundations of the information culture of his personality, to improve the professional level of teachers and the competence of parents. Solving these problems is impossible without updating and revising all areas of the kindergarten’s work and the concerned social environment, primarily with the families of pupils. Cooperation with parents in the context of combining joint efforts in the interests of the development of a preschool child involves the formation of a partner position of parents in communication with the child, with the kindergarten, with society. For this purpose, we use various individual and group forms of work. The positions of teachers and parents on current psychological and pedagogical problems are systematically revealed. However, the problem of involving parents in active interaction remains. In this regard, cooperation is structured so that parents are interested in the success of their children and strive in every possible way to help in creating a unified educational space. Recently, new, promising forms of cooperation have emerged that involve involving parents in active participation in the pedagogical process of the kindergarten; more often, work with parents is carried out only in one of the areas of pedagogical propaganda, in which the family is only the object of influence. As a result, feedback from the family is not established, and the opportunities for family education are not fully used. In practice, we use a variety of information and communication technologies in the process of productive interaction with the family: multimedia presentation technologies (presentations, slideshows, virtual excursions, booklets, newsletters, leaflets, brochures, etc. ) in organizing the activities of a teacher with parents allows not only to expand the educational capabilities of traditional forms of work, but also attracts more parents to participate in the educational process; technologies of network Internet communications (feedback through forums, guest books on the official website of the preschool educational institution, personal website, e-mail, Skype communications, providing text, voice and video communication via the Internet, etc.); telephone communication technologies (telephone consulting, SMS messaging, etc.); technologies for joint participation with children in Internet projects, competitions, marathons, festivals, competitions. Thus, the success of interaction between teachers of an institution and a family largely depends on how effectively the teacher uses new information and communication technologies in his work, which have enormous potential. It should interest parents and create conditions for their active participation in the educational process of a modern educational institution. References 1. Komarova T.S.
