Cooking method:

Of the three teas I tried, this one turned out to be the most “classic”, similar to those I had tried before. Considering that it is one of the most inexpensive here, I recommend it.
The tea seems good. This is my first experience with pu-erh, so there is nothing to compare with. It is brewed three times, and dust is pressed into the tablets, not large-leaf tea. Although, perhaps, for that kind of money, you won’t have to expect anything else. I would like to note the “softness” of the tea, its herbal aroma and interesting aftertaste.

Tocha was first produced by the Fuxing plant and its name was “Fuxing tocha”, but in the 50s of the twentieth century, the Xiguan tocha plant produced tea under the name “Yunnan tocha”.
