I order:
1. Add to Appendix No. 2 to the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated December 17, 2010 No. 1122n “On approval standard standards free provision of flushing and (or) neutralizing agents to workers and the labor safety standard “Providing employees with flushing and (or) neutralizing agents” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 22, 2011, registration N 20562) as amended by orders of the Ministry of Labor and Social Defense of the Russian Federation dated February 7, 2013 N 48n (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 15, 2013, registration N 27700), dated February 20, 2014 N 103n (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 15, 2014, registration N 32284), the following changes:
a) paragraph 9 should be stated as follows:
"9. Standards for issuing flushing and (or) neutralizing agents that correspond to the working conditions at the employee’s workplace are specified in employment contract employee or local normative act the employer, are brought to the attention of the employee in writing or electronically in a way that allows confirming the employee’s familiarity with the specified standards.";
b) paragraph three of paragraph 24 after the words “Issuing flushing and (or) neutralizing agents to employees” should be supplemented with the words “except for the products specified in paragraph 7 of the Model Standards.”
2. This order comes into force six months after its official publication.
