So, it all started with the presentation of the iPhone 6, two strange dudes came on stage and started their demo - it was a demonstration of the iPhone's performance. That's when Vainglory was first shown. The developers of MOBA slightly changed the approach for the sake of ease of control using a touch screen. The developers abandoned the classic three lines; as a result, the arena got one line with turrets (towers) and a “jungle” with its inhabitants. Ease of control is excellent, all “controls” (skills, store/teleport icons in the right places). Separately, I want to write about the “threshold of entry” into what is happening in the game, even if you have no idea what a MOBA is, thanks to the three starting training “missions” you will quickly “get involved” in all the details. A few words about the “graphon”: the visuals are excellent, since the game uses the Metal api.

Heroes of Order & Chaos

The next representative from the Donatloft studio is Heroes of Order & Chaos. In their MOBA, Gameloft developers “borrowed” all the key classic ideas from their “big brothers”. Here you go classic map 5v5, with three lines (top, mid and bot), 30+ heroes for any style of play (adk, medk, tank, support, ganker, jungler), as well as a simplified 3v3 map. It seems like everything is adult, but it didn’t work for me. This was influenced by the lack of ergonomic controls, the matchmaking is disgusting (while you wait for the selection of allies and opponents, you will drink more than one cup of tea. The graphic part is at an average level, quite decent, but does not reach the level of Vainglory.
