Friends, the online service that I want to tell you about today is simply a super find for car owners! As an example, I will give you the following figures: today its audience is more than 17 thousand people, and their number is growing every day!

Before moving on to the description of the service itself, I’ll tell you a little story... Exactly two years ago I purchased my first car. His former owner gave me some documents about maintenance car for Last year. I wrote down all this data in a notebook, which was intended to serve as my logbook, and noted in it the dates when certain works were carried out.

With a certain periodicity, I looked at this magazine so as not to miss the moment when it was necessary to change the oil on time, replace the fuel filter and other “joys” so familiar to every motorist.

Moreover, since this was my first car, naturally I knew little about the intricacies of maintenance, the specifics of parts, and I simply had no one to consult on this matter. Is this fuel consumption normal for my brand of car, what oil is best for it, why the driver's door window regulator may not work and how to disassemble it - I had to figure all this out myself and search for answers to these questions on the Internet for a long time until I found a service Drivernotes.

Drivernotes is an online car logbook. Forget about notepads and stacks of papers stored in the glove compartment! This service will help you keep online records of all costs and expenses for servicing your car, and will also remind you in time about upcoming events.

Journal functionality

After free registration You have your own virtual garage where you park your car. Enter data on the date and cost of car repairs or maintenance, refueling, fuel consumption, etc. All this will be displayed in your logbook in the form of a visual event feed.

In order not to forget about the next scheduled maintenance, when filling out the event, mark the date when it needs to be done or the mileage of your car. On the appointed day, a reminder will be sent to your inbox! Soon the creators of the service plan to provide reminders via SMS.

The Drivernotes service has a very convenient statistics section. You have access to both data on fuel consumption and data on the money spent on the car. In this case, you can arbitrarily set the time period for which you want to perform the analysis. Now you will have complete control over all expenses!

However, Drivernotes has another very important and useful function - it is a platform where car owners can communicate with each other and ask each other for advice.

You can always compare, for example, the gas mileage of your car model with similar models of other owners.

Or let’s say you noticed that someone in the same car as yours replaced the filter with a “non-original” one. Just send him a message and find out his opinion about this filter, and then decide whether to install a similar one on your car.

The creators of this online service They approached the matter responsibly and wisely. You can also control your car expenses using your mobile device! All the functionality described above is available for working without an Internet connection in “offline” mode. Currently there is a version of Drivernotes for Android and Samsung Bada, and in the very near future there will be a version for iPhone and mobile version site for access from regular mobile phones!

Bottom line

Any enterprise that officially owns vehicle, is obliged to provide full control over the use of the device. A car or other vehicle must be operated as safely as possible, taking into account the requirements and standards that the state imposes in this case.

This condition must be fully met in order to guarantee other citizens the physical and environmental safety. All magazines have standard forms and meet the requirements and standards currently in force. The company can contact us for a journal or form, however, we can make changes at the request of the client only to those registers that have a free form. A register such as a magazine is in particular demand medical examination drivers. This document controls physical state employee and it indicates the driver’s access to driving the vehicle.

Types of magazines

For each enterprise, a set of logs can be individual, taking into account the work of the company and the number of cars constantly in operation. Almost all forms, except for individual magazines, have a strictly unified form. No changes or corrections may be made to such documents. As an example, we indicate the most common types of magazines:

  • accounting for exit and return of vehicles;
  • recording road accidents - for conducting an internal investigation;
  • vehicle logbook;
  • magazine pre-trip inspection drivers;
  • introductory training on TB and DD;
  • instructing drivers going on a business trip;
  • medical examination log of drivers for intoxication or being in a state unacceptable for driving a vehicle;
  • registration of seasonal driver training on traffic safety;
  • accounting for the movement of waybills;

The list of existing registers does not end there and can be supplemented with other necessary forms and journals. For each company, the set of forms and registers is determined individually.

Purpose

The driver is the responsible person who drives the vehicle. If the employee is not sufficiently qualified or is in inadequate physical or mental form, he should not be allowed to drive a vehicle. To eliminate these problems, you need to regularly fill out a driver inspection log and other related forms, and then keep special documents and registers for the required period.

Besides, important point, which also requires the use of unified forms, is to monitor accidents and record the location of the vehicle. Certain functions are performed by registers, the data from which will later be suitable for the preparation of accounting or tax reporting.
