And despite the great desire to immediately take up active physical activity after mammoplasty, you will have to wait a bit with sports training.

The standard requirement for the patient during the rehabilitation period is a ban on heavy physical activity and sports activities. If you break this rule, the new breast may well suffer, and the result will be far from ideal. After plastic surgery, due to sports training, bleeding may open, which, in turn, can provoke the formation of hematomas. The latter are quite dangerous, because they can become the "initiator" of the inflammatory process. Seams may also come apart. However, it is not worth completely eliminating the load - this will slow down the healing process of tissues. After the first three months abstinence should be gradually introduced into the schedule of sports so that no pain occurs.

What is fraught with early loads

Rehabilitation after breast augmentation lasts from 3 to 6 months. And too early training negatively affects the healing of sutures, since a rough scar can form. The fact is that exercises on the pectoral muscles put pressure on the tissues, due to which the scar that has not yet formed can stretch. When three months have passed after mammoplasty, it is allowed to stretch and pump the press, as well as raise your arms above your shoulders. Usually three months after the operation, the doctor allows running and athletics.

Serious sports training is possible only 6 months after mammoplasty. Six months after the operation, it is quite possible to do push-ups, chest presses and stretch the pectoral muscles, but all this with the prior approval of a plastic surgeon. At first, push-ups are best done from the knees.

A year later, you can fully engage in kickboxing, tennis or mountaineering.
