Projection zones of internal organs on the human body according to Ogulov - get to know yourself better! Representative zones in the Ogulov language. Diagnostic points on the face according to ogulov Congestion in the renal structures

Have you ever heard of a face map? In fact, this is pretty much the key to unlocking the mystery of problematic skin. Thanks to the knowledge of dermatologists who analyzed the behavior of the skin and ancient Chinese methods, there is a smart way to interpret and treat skin defects through “face mapping”.

The map explains how certain areas of your face are connected to other parts of your body, and it's quite an amazing thing. Why do pimples appear in some areas and not others? Different zones correspond to different problems. With this “map” as a guide, you can identify the root causes of skin problems and understand how to prevent them from occurring in the future. Using this informative method, you can decipher what is happening to the body.

Here's a quick overview of the main areas of the face where pimples can appear and how they relate to certain organs.

Zones 1 and 3: Bladder and Digestive System - Improve your diet and drink more water.

Zone 2: Liver - Try cutting back on alcohol, heavy foods or dairy. This area may also indicate a food allergy.

Zone 4 and 10: Kidneys - make sure you take in enough water and drink less liquids that lead to dehydration. For example, coffee or alcohol.

Zones 5 and 9: Respiratory System - Those who smoke or have allergies tend to have acne in this area.

Zones 6 and 8: Kidneys - Dark circles are usually a result of dehydration. Drink more!

Zone 7: Heart - Check your blood pressure and make sure you don't wear makeup that irritates your skin.

Zone 12: Stomach - Detox or add more fiber to your diet to aid digestion.

Zones 11 and 13: Hormones - stress and hormonal changes. Such problems can sometimes be resolved by drinking plenty of water and a few extra servings of dark green vegetables, but if acne appears consistently in the area, make an appointment with your doctor to treat a possible hormonal imbalance. Plus, pimples in this area also indicate when you're ovulating (and on which side).

Zone 14: Illness - may be a sign that your body is fighting bacteria to avoid illness. Drink plenty of fluids.

Please note that these are general guidelines. Just a pimple on your nose does not mean you have heart problems. As with all medical matters, it is always best to consult a doctor or dermatologist for a proper prognosis.

In ancient Chinese medicine, there is a special way to treat a fairly wide range of diseases. This method is called acupuncture. It involves the insertion of needles into special points that are located throughout the human body.

Acupuncture and acupressure

Along with acupuncture, another medical method is used, which is called acupressure. In this method, the impact is carried out on the same active points. The difference is that a needle is not inserted into these areas, but pressure is applied with the index and thumb.

The effects of the two related influences are quite similar. They can normalize functional malfunctions of the body, promote a speedy recovery, relieve stress, eliminate its consequences, and even help in the fight against excess weight.

Official medicine does not deny the effectiveness of acupuncture and acupressure, but the mechanism of these processes is not fully understood.

Chinese medicine and acupuncture

In Asian schools, Chinese acupuncture, points and healing techniques are taught as a subject matter. In order to master its techniques, no special education or status as a medical worker is required. It will be enough to learn the simple skills of this method of healing, and at any time you can independently help yourself with various painful conditions. You will also need to remember where the main acupuncture points are located on the human body.

Chinese medicine claims that acupuncture can cure almost all diseases. At the moment, there is no evidence of curing severe human conditions such as cancer with the help of acupuncture, but nevertheless, such therapy is very effective for other ailments.

Acupuncture can cure diseases of organs and systems. It also brings the affected nervous system into a state of stability. To carry out manipulations, strictly sterile needles are placed on acupuncture points, which prevents infections from entering the human body. But aseptic instruments alone will not be enough. It is important to have sufficient knowledge and skills to be able to make life easier for yourself and other people using the ancient Chinese method of healing.

How to find acupuncture points?

Today, there are thousands of acupuncture points on the human body, but only an experienced specialist can remember each of them. This knowledge comes only after many years of practice. But you shouldn’t think that this science is accessible only to a select few. For those who are just beginning to practice this method of Chinese medicine, it is important to know the most important acupuncture points.

The location of these active zones on the human body has been studied for centuries, and now there is a fairly clear idea of how to detect them. According to teaching, acupuncture points are located on 14 meridians.

Each of them has its own special name and has its own scope. By influencing them in a special way, you can achieve various effects on your health.

Do all points work the same?

All acupuncture points on the human body can be divided into the following main groups.

  • Harmonizing. They are located at the starting and ending points of the meridians. The impact on them helps restore the balance of all organs and systems of the human body.
  • Stimulating acupuncture points are located on the meridians in the singular. If you influence them correctly, you can activate a person’s energy reserves to fight the disease.
  • Calming. They are necessary to bring the nervous system into a state of harmony. According to many patients, influence on these points brings the most pleasant sensations.
  • Each internal organ has its own point of alarm. If you skillfully influence it, the pain in this organ calms down and it functions normally.
  • Special human acupuncture points require special treatment. Manipulations in these areas are carried out using a characteristic method. Each point can help with a specific disease.

Alarm points and diagnostics

There are acupuncture points on the human body called “mo-points”. Each organ has its own area of concern. When this part of the body experiences dysfunction, the point associated with it begins to bother the person. If one studies this theory well, one can recognize diseases in this way. For example, as acupuncture describes, points on the back, or more precisely, the lumbar region, begin to disturb during kidney disease, and discomfort at a point on the abdomen indicates a stomach disease.

Location of acupuncture points on the palms

From the point of view of Chinese medicine, the palms are a complete projection of our body. There are many points responsible for work concentrated on the inside of our hands. internal organs and body parts. Their location is quite concentrated, so you need to make a very precise impact. A true professional can do this. The contact surface of the needle is very small, just like the acupuncture points on the hand. Therefore, this particular tool is ideal for influencing the active zones of the palms.

The picture shows human hands from the point of view of acupuncture.

According to this image, at the wrist there are areas responsible for the functioning of the mammary glands. Just below and towards the center of the palm is the heart area, and to the left and right along the edges are the lung areas. Below are the areas of the digestive organs: stomach, liver and gallbladder, pancreas, all areas of the intestines. Fingers are peculiar projections of the limbs. The index and middle fingers are responsible for the legs, and the thumb and little finger are the hands. At the base of the middle finger and along its length to the middle phalanx there are zones of the genitourinary system. Below are the areas of the language receptors, cervical region and brain.

These are the main acupuncture points on the human hand. By skillfully influencing them, you can stimulate the work of all organs and systems of the body. Acupuncture on these areas requires professional precision, as all areas are quite close to each other. It takes quite a lot of experience to act purposefully on any organ.

Points on the feet

Human feet are also the location of acupuncture points. In the figure below, all zones are clearly visible.

At the ends of the toes there are areas of the frontal sinuses.

Next on the fingers are projections of the sensory organs: eyes, ears and nose, as well as areas of the brain. At the base thumb This is a very important point for lowering blood pressure. Below under the thumb are projections of the esophagus and steam thyroid gland. Under the other phalanges are the areas of the trapezius muscle, heart, lungs and kidneys. Below the center of the foot are areas of the digestive tract. There is a point at the base of the heel, the impact of which will help relieve sleep disturbances. Below it are the areas of the reproductive system and the area of the sciatic nerve.

Thus, it is very clearly visible that a person’s acupuncture points are located on the feet in a fairly concentrated manner. Precise and targeted effects can alleviate any disease. Everyone is familiar with the legendary foot massage. It not only serves as an excellent way to relax, but is also a healing and restorative procedure.

Points on the back

There is a list of the most common active zones that you can stimulate yourself without having special skills in sciences such as Chinese acupuncture.

The points described below are worth remembering and trying to put the skills into practice.

  • Between the 3rd and 4th thoracic vertebrae there is a zone that will help eliminate fatigue and help cure diseases of the respiratory system. There are also numerous cases of using stimulation of this acupuncture point for the growth of children and even adults.
  • Between the 11th and 12th thoracic vertebrae, on both sides, at a distance of 3-4 cm, there are paired points that need to be stimulated in case of spleen disease. It also helps overcome fears and worries.
  • At the level of the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae on both sides at a distance of 3-4 cm there are points that, by acting on them, can increase blood flow and normalize men's health. It also has a beneficial effect on kidney function, improves hearing and reduces fatigue.
  • In the area of the 2nd sacral vertebra there is an active zone, stimulating which can cure gynecological ailments, help with joint diseases and paralysis of the limbs.

The above active zones are quite often used in such a method of healing as acupuncture. Points on the back can be massaged independently and effectively relieved with your own hands.

Acupuncture points for headaches

If you suffer from headaches of various types and origins, then this is very tiring for the body. Pharmacy products in the form of tablets and powders have only a temporary effect. Migraines are especially debilitating. This type of headache is periodic in nature, waves of unpleasant sensations either roll in or recede a little.

It is especially difficult for pregnant women. During this period, admission medicines undesirable, as it can provoke dangerous consequences in mother and fetus. In this and other cases, acupuncture can help relieve headaches.

The figure below illustrates the main acupuncture points on the head.

Exposure to them will help relieve you of migraines and pain of other origins. These points are located in the following areas:

  • in the temple area, where you can feel the hole with your finger;
  • on the outside of the eyebrow, symmetrically to the temporal point;
  • on the outer corner of the eye, under the superciliary point; when influencing this area, massaging movements should be excluded; manipulations here should be carried out in the form of light pressure;
  • On the inner edges of the eyebrows at the bridge of the nose; this point is also called the “third eye”;
  • Anterior to the auricle, superior to the tragus; there you can feel a small depression;
  • in the cavity between the inner corner of the eye and the nose; This point is also not allowed to be massaged, only lightly pressed;
  • near temporal bone from above the edge of the ear on the scalp.

These active zones work very effectively during acupuncture. However, you should not limit yourself to them alone when treating migraines. The following acupuncture points on the arm for headaches will be very helpful.

  • On the hand between the first and second metacarpal bones. This point is symmetrical and is found on both limbs. To influence it, place the brush on a hard horizontal surface and alternately massage the points on the right and left hand.
  • In the depression on the forearm between the radial and ulna, three fingers above the crease of the wrist.
  • On the outside of the fold formed when the elbow joint is bent.

Alternating effects on these three main points will help you cope with the most severe headaches. Acupuncture does not limit the treatment of migraines to acupuncture of the upper extremities. There are also active zones on the legs, the impact of which can eliminate headaches:

  • on the back of the foot 2 cm higher along the line between the first and second toes;
  • on the second toe, at a distance of about 2 mm from the base of the nail plate;
  • between the fourth finger and little finger 1 cm higher towards the ankle;
  • on the thumb, 3 mm higher from the base of the nail with a shift towards the second finger;
  • on the line of the outer edge of the little finger between the base of the phalanx and the metatarsus.

By applying acupuncture and acupressure techniques to these areas, you can help relieve the suffering associated with headaches. However, such places are located not only on the head and limbs. There are also acupuncture points on the human body that are no less effective than the above active centers in coping with debilitating migraines. They are located in the following places:

  • along the anterior abdominal wall, 2 cm below the navel; it is very important to influence this active center correctly, and for this the patient must take a lying position and relax the abs as much as possible;
  • on the midline in the epigastric recess below the xiphoid process on the anterior surface of the abdomen.

It seems incredible, but all these points scattered throughout the human body can help with headaches.

Acupuncture for weight loss

It may be hard to believe, but acupuncture and acupuncture points can help people who are overweight. Quite often it happens that overweight people trying to lose weight are not helped by diets and exercise. Doctors advise examining the body for metabolic disorders and concomitant diseases.

Acupuncture has proven itself well in the fight against excess weight. For these purposes, doctors use two main methods. The first of them is wearing a special needle at a point on the ear. Thus, the contact is long-lasting, and the result is impressive. The second method is based on the introduction of needles into special active centers on the human body. The duration of this procedure depends on how many kilograms the patient wants to lose weight.

There are special acupuncture points that can be used to effectively reduce appetite.

The whole secret is that as a result of simulating these active points, “happiness hormones” endorphins are produced, and the person completely forgets about food for a while. Nice bonus to lose weight - an excellent mood, which is always reduced during diets.

In order to find these points, you need to know some of the units of measurement used in acupuncture. Most often, acupuncturists use the concept of “tsun.” It is a unit of length equal to one phalanx or diameter of the thumb. Having mastered this rule, you will quite easily be able to find any acupuncture point on your body. For convenience, also remember that four fingers folded together, excluding the thumb, make three cun.

The active centers of the body responsible for weight loss can be found as follows.

  • The most effective point, called Guan Yuan, is located 3 cun below the navel. It is necessary to influence it under certain conditions: manipulations are carried out on an empty stomach in a lying position. Massaging movements should be light and smooth. This point is responsible for the feeling of hunger.
  • The Lau Gong point is located in the center of the palm and is responsible for the activity of the stomach and intestines. By massaging it strictly clockwise towards the center of the hand, you can effectively reduce your appetite.
  • The point called Tzu-San-Li is located under the kneecap. You need to place your palm on it, and with your ring finger you will feel the depression. This point must be massaged for 20 minutes.

In order to normalize your weight, you will need to remember these three main points. Acupuncture also indicates several more active centers, stimulating which you will always be in perfect shape.

  • Shao Shan point, which is located near the thumbnail. It needs to be massaged for a few minutes a day.
  • At the junction of the shoulders and neck on the back there is the Jian-Jing point. It will also be enough to devote a few minutes a day to it for good results.
  • It is not recommended to work on the Tian Shu point, which is located slightly below the navel, for longer than one minute.
  • The Low Gu point can be found on the outer part of the thigh on the back, rising 6 cun from the ankle.
  • In the center between the elbow and shoulder joints on the outside of the arm is the Yu-Pe point. It is connected to the saturation center. It costs 30 seconds to stimulate it, periodically changing hands.

Thus, by combining a balanced diet and acupuncture, you can effectively normalize your weight and still have a great mood.

Using the methods of Chinese traditional medicine, you can painlessly and effectively relieve discomfort and normalize the functioning of all organs and systems human body, eliminate the effects of stress and improve the emotional background. With the help of acupuncture, you can lose extra pounds and restore harmony of body and spirit.

Point for pain in the head. Located between the thumb and index finger at the intersection of the bones. Then the thumb will lie approximately in the middle of the life line, the index finger on the back of the palm (you can do the opposite. Here you need to press hard. If it hurts, then the point has been found. Three to four active presses and you don’t have to go for the pill.

The point helps lower blood pressure, normalize many other things. Consciousness will become clearer and vision sharper. The ringing in your ears will disappear.
Knowledgeable people claim that this healing method is used in military medicine. And in this area, treatment is significantly different from the simple one to which we are all accustomed. Medicine there is extreme. In military conditions, you need to do everything as quickly as possible - quickly cure, quickly get you back on your feet, quickly stop the bleeding.

Sexy point. This is a stoma located at a distance of 3 mm. Up from the beginning of the growth of the nail of the ring finger. Only if you have lost interest in the opposite sex or decreased sexuality, you need to unblock the energy flows passing through the meridian of the ring finger.

Many modern people have already begun to pay attention to the fact that massage or rubbing certain areas of the skin can relieve pain or improve health.

Chinese medicine calls points on the body biologically active and important, because each of them is responsible for certain organs and systems! Knowing how to use this knowledge, you can easily heal and strengthen your own body, and learn to easily cope with any diseases.

Chinese medicine: points on the human body

To begin with, it doesn’t hurt to understand the basics of Chinese traditional medicine in order to understand what such points actually are.

In the human body, in addition to blood flow and blood vessels, there are other vital channels that are not possible to see or feel in any way. These channels are called meridians - they are a closed system that provides our body with the necessary energy. Like circulatory circles, meridians have a well-defined and static place inside our body, and each of these energy channels is responsible for the function of an internal organ.

So, there is a meridian through which life-giving energy flows to the heart muscle, and meridians thanks to which the liver functions, reproductive system and other organs.

There are a lot of such invisible channels in our body: there are small and separate energy channels that circulate only in a certain area of the human body, and there are others that practically flow around the entire body. These largest channels are called the main meridians of the human body.

Active points under our skin are nothing more than zones located on such energy highways. They are not too deep under the epidermis, and therefore acupressure, acupuncture, and even rubbing are used to activate them.

Although these points are located almost everywhere throughout our body, most of them are concentrated in specific areas - on the ears, feet and hands.

These reflex zones are the most important and most important for health. Although we cannot, of course, say that others are completely insignificant. So, if you have dysfunction of a specific organ or internal system, you can restore it through frequent and regular massage or acupuncture of the necessary points. These reflex zones are located along the entire length of the required meridian.

All that is necessary is to find out which energy depot is responsible for the health of the desired organ.

For example, if your heart is acting up and you often have pain in the chest area, then you can massage the heart meridian, which runs from the armpits to the tip of the little finger on both hands. It is placed on the inside of the arm and has nine of the most active points.

However, if you are not very well versed in the structure of the main meridians and cannot massage, then you can remember that the active points of each organ are also located on the surface of our feet and palms. Therefore, without much difficulty, you can massage them yourself or go to a chiropractor’s office, where you will be given a course of skin punctures at the right points to get to them and activate them.

An alternative to skin punctures and acupuncture is acupressure. This is a local massage of the required point, which can be performed independently, right at home.

How is acupressure performed?

  1. First of all, lie down on the sofa or bed;
  2. Relax your whole body, try to calm down completely;
  3. Nothing should distract you; it is better that there are no extraneous noises;
  4. To make it easier to relax, close your eyelids and breathe calmly and measuredly;
  5. Bend your fingers right hand into a weak fist, leaving only the index finger outside;
  6. Use the pad of this finger to find the required reflex zone on your body;
  7. Press down on it, trying to make the pad of your finger sink into the skin;
  8. Do not overdo it: there should be no pain or discomfort;
  9. Without lifting your finger from the desired active point, massage it in a circular motion;
  10. The procedure should last at least a couple of minutes, ideally 4-5 minutes;
  11. It is important that during acupressure the fingertip never leaves the desired point;
  12. At the end of the massage, slowly and gently lift your index finger and gently rub the place where it was;
  13. The effect after acupressure is achieved quite quickly.

You can practice acupressure at home at any time, and also treat any system or organ in this way. All you need is to get to the required reflex zone, and these points are not too deep under the surface of the skin, so this is not a big deal.

You can also massage the surface of your feet, palms, and earlobes in this way. To do this, take a comfortable sitting position and massage the desired points using the method described above. It is not at all necessary to know the location of each zone: many beginning practitioners simply carefully knead the entire surface of the foot or palms, trying to touch every biologically active point.

Chinese medicine: points on the hand and their meaning

If the illness takes you by surprise, you can quickly get rid of it by regularly performing acupressure sessions with your own hands. Look at the image and calculate the location of the required reflex zone: the figure shows all the important points that are located under the skin of the hands:

Active points on the hands: Chinese medicine

Acupressure can quickly relieve any type of pain if you correctly interpret its location.

  • So, if you are bothered by a headache or migraine, carefully stretch the reflex zone responsible for the brain, as well as the spine and neck, since most often a headache is a signal that not enough oxygen is reaching the brain cells.
  • For stomach problems, use acupressure of the gastric zone, placed in the area under the middle fold of the palm, and also do not forget about the pancreas and spleen.
  • In case of urolithiasis or cystitis, activation of the points of the bladder, ureter and kidneys is excellent.
  • And if you are often plagued by diseases of the reproductive system or inflammation, then use acupressure of the areas responsible for the health of the ovaries (testicles) and uterus (prostate).

It is worth noting that the reflex zones on our palms are mirrored - this is shown in the figure. Therefore, it is important to take this into account when performing their massage.

Acupressure devices

In Thai healing massage, special wooden sticks are used to activate biological points on the feet and palms - these massagers are somewhat reminiscent of Chinese chopsticks, but have a wider handle and are rounded at the bottom.

If you are often going to resort to acupressure, then it will not be a bad idea to get hold of such a Thai stick for massaging reflex zones. It is much more convenient to operate with it than with the pad of the index finger. But the massage is performed according to the same scheme as already given above.

At home, you can use improvised means for health-improving acupressure - for example, chopsticks that do not have a point, or even an unsharpened wooden pencil.

If you doubt your skills and want to get the maximum benefit from therapeutic acupressure, then it would be a good idea to turn to a real professional who has all the intricacies of this procedure and is fluent in ancient Chinese techniques.

It is worth noting that in traditional Chinese medicine, such a massage is usually performed with the hands, using only the thumb and forefinger. But for therapeutic acupuncture, special needles and newfangled electrical devices can be used. The latter, by the way, have long proven themselves in manual therapy.

Chinese medicine: acupuncture points and their activation

During an acupuncture session, a professional specialist punctures certain areas of the skin to reach an active biological point with a needle. Moreover, such punctures are most often not painful and do not cause discomfort in the patient.

Classic acupuncture does not involve the use of small charges of electricity or any waves: the master simply activates reflex zones, driving a long needle into the skin to the required depth and leaving it there for some time.

The modern world of manual technologies widely uses special devices for healing acupuncture: they consist of a special needle with a long wire connected to the unit, and in the process of puncturing the wire, a small electrical charge is supplied inside the needle, which activates the work of the reflex point.

In this case, the master acts one by one, working on each zone separately. While classical acupuncture involves all the necessary zones at once.

In the process of acupuncture punctures, not only those points that are located on the skin of the palms or hands are activated. Depending on the disease and its location, the specialist decides which areas need to be involved.

Also, Chinese acupuncture often uses punctures in places of suitable meridians. For this reason, needles can be left on the back, legs, and other areas of the body where the energy depot is located.

Naturally, no one conducts healing acupuncture sessions at home. To do this, you need to contact a specialized clinic or chiropractor's office.

It is forbidden to engage in amateur activities in this matter, not only because an inexperienced practitioner can cause infection due to skin punctures, but also because such original acupuncture can harm the reflex points themselves.

Only an experienced specialist knows to what depth and where exactly it is necessary to puncture. Ordinary person he will not be able to find the puncture point and perform it correctly, even if he studies the visual aid.

Acupressure in China and other countries of the world

In Chinese traditional medicine, it is customary to combine such acupressure with other techniques to improve health and get rid of diseases. Massage of reflex zones is also included in the therapeutic variety of qigong, where other healing techniques are often used.

To achieve maximum results from the activation of vital points, it is best to combine this practice with folk Chinese gymnastics or strengthening qigong exercises, as well as regularly cleanse the body of the accumulation of negative energy. The Feng Shui diet, oriental meditation and gentle physical activity, which are suitable even for people of retirement age, help with this.

It can be said that China is far from the only country where acupressure is widely used. Its healing power is known to the Indian people, the Thais, and many others.

Thus, Indian acupressure is part of an extensive health program, which includes a whole range of ancient techniques for health and strengthening the body. In this case, such acupressure of the feet is called Padabhyanga: the specialist first rubs the patient’s feet with a complex mixture of natural oils, and then carefully works each reflex zone with his fingers.

Of course, all these ancient teachings of eastern peoples for health are still popular today, because modern medicine has more than once agreed that acupuncture and acupressure bring tangible benefits to the human body and these techniques are truly effective.

And although European countries came to such conclusions not so long ago, Chinese medicine used points on the body for healing in those days when even writing was just beginning to emerge. For this reason, Chinese reflexology massage is the most trusted on the planet.

One of the ancient methods of treatment and healing of the body is acupressure. This practice has become widespread in eastern countries such as China, Korea, Japan, and Mongolia. Many centuries ago, Eastern healers paid attention to special places on the body, the impact of which can significantly improve the functioning of internal systems and organs. Later, ideas about them found their scientific confirmation in the research of scientists. In the process of experimental research, acupuncture points located on the human body were identified and the basics of their massage were developed.

Today, treatment of various diseases based on massage on bioactive points on the body is a widespread practice in official and folk medicine. It is based on compliance with such principles as:

  • implementation of an integrated approach;
  • thoroughness and leisurely treatment;
  • individual approach to each person.

Knowing where they are located treatment points on the human body, and proper use of their healing properties helps to get rid of both symptomatic pain (for example, dental, menstrual) and overcome more serious problems. So, knowing how the massage points on the back are located, as a result of using a course of acupressure, you can get rid of problems with the lower back that have tormented you for years.

The acupressure technique is quite simple and does not require the use of special equipment or expensive materials. Massage can be used both as an independent means of pre-medical care and in combination with other treatment methods. Let's take a closer look at what acupressure is, its principle of action and features of application.

Chinese acupressure is one of the types of impact on acupuncture points on the human body.

Acupuncture is a therapeutic method based on influencing special points located in various areas and associated with the functioning of internal organs and systems. It has been scientifically proven that mechanical action during the massage of active points helps release endorphins. These are hormones whose influence on the body has a pronounced analgesic effect. Thus, by influencing active points on the body, we “trigger” the body’s self-healing process.

Chinese medicine offers several ways to influence points on the body - this can be either manual (acupressure) massage or the use of acupuncture.

However, in order to correctly influence the points to get rid of various diseases, the use of acupuncture must be performed exclusively by a qualified specialist with education in the field of medicine and physiotherapy. But acupressure, or, as it is also called, is a type of reflexology that is quite accessible for use at home with a sufficient level of preparedness.

The impact on the treatment points is carried out using the fingers. This allows you to activate the work of neuroreceptors in the subcutaneous tissue, which, in turn, send an irritating signal to the brain. The reaction to such an irritant when exposed to Chinese points is either complete cessation pain symptom, or its minimization.

Interesting fact: there are more than 750 acupuncture zones on the human body (also called “health points”). Chinese medicine knows various points on the human body, or acupressure zones, through which one can overcome health problems and improve the overall condition of the body. There are even so-called longevity points, and it is quite possible that having information about their location explains the secret of the longevity of the inhabitants of the East. In addition to the “zone” of longevity, there is also a “point of youth” on the human body, as well as many others, the features of which we will consider further.

However, before trying the healing capabilities of reflexology on yourself, you should know that this method of influencing points on the body has a number of contraindications that you need to familiarize yourself with.

Contraindications to acupressure

Chinese acupressure or acupuncture massage is a safe, however, quite serious method of influencing the body.

As a rule, the main indication for the procedure is pain of various kinds: “female” pain, back pain, as well as chronic diseases, general fatigue of the body. Energy points on the human body, located in various parts of the body, function in such a way that thoughtless influence may cause serious harm to them. Therefore, we note that the Chinese massage technique, acupuncture, is contraindicated for such conditions and symptoms as:

  • tumors or suspected tumors;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • colds or other conditions accompanied by fever;
  • cardiovascular diseases, as well as previous strokes or heart attacks;
  • mental disorders;
  • age under 1 or over 70 years;
  • second half of pregnancy in women.

You should be careful when acting on something that has led to a significant deterioration in your health. In this case, you should not hesitate and self-medicate, but it is better to immediately seek medical help.

Consultation with a doctor is also necessary regarding the use of this method in the first half of pregnancy and during menstruation in women.

How to find the right acupuncture points - location map

Chinese acupressure is based on influencing special acupuncture points, which, as we have already found out, are located in large numbers almost throughout the body. It is thanks to this type of influence, such as pressing on a specific acupuncture, that this massage is called acupressure (acupuncture).

In order to understand how to do acupressure, you need to know the pattern according to which acupuncture is located in the human body.

In general, there are main places where acupuncture points are located on the human body. These include:

  • on the back;
  • on fingers and toes;
  • on hands;
  • on the chest;
  • on the neck;
  • on the face.

This is interesting: many years of research experience have even made it possible to create a special atlas that clearly and in detail illustrates the places where acupuncture points are located on the human body.

A detailed diagram of the location of each acupuncture point on the body allows you to successfully use this method of oriental medicine, for example, during the acupuncture procedure, but for anyone who does not plan to use acupuncture, but simply wants to master the skills of self-massage, it will be enough to know how the main points are located. Therefore, before doing acupressure, you should remember the location of the necessary channels of influence, for example, by studying a photo or picture with their schematic location.

Massage points have features that provide a healing effect on the body:

  • low level of electrodermal resistance;
  • high electrical potential;
  • high skin temperature;
  • increased level of pain sensitivity;
  • high rate of metabolic processes due to accelerated oxygen absorption.

All this ensures high efficiency of acupressure, but the types of this procedure may differ and depend on which places are affected. So, this could be, for example, acupressure of the chest, or a type of influence in which active acupuncture points on the hands and feet are stimulated.

This is interesting: influencing special areas on the hand allows you to activate the centers responsible for internal organs, which makes this type of massage useful for complex therapy various diseases.

Let's take a closer look at the location of the important points on which Chinese acupuncture and modern acupuncture are based.

Active points on the feet

Foot acupuncture is designed in such a way that on the feet there are points responsible for important human organs: liver, kidneys, gallbladder, bladder, thyroid gland. In addition, massage on the points of the foot allows you to get rid of back and lower back pain.

Having examined the biologically active acupuncture points on the feet in the diagram, you can see which of them are responsible for what. In the diagram of the correspondence of points on the foot to the internal organs, you can see the connection between their correct stimulation and the corresponding beneficial result.

Let's list the main acupuncture points on the foot.

  • On the second finger, slightly above the nail;
  • At the base of the last finger (located on the outside, in a small depression);
  • On the first finger, closer to the second, slightly above the base, there is a tai chun point.

Dot tai chun- this is the liver channel, its stimulation allows you to overcome the symptoms of exacerbation of chronic diseases and helps cleanse this organ.

  • Between the first and second toes, located on the outside of the foot;
  • To the side of inside feet, close to the lower leg, in a depression located at the highest point of the arch.

So, according to acupuncture, there are important acupuncture points on the foot, by acting on which you can alleviate the condition of diseases of various internal organs, and, as evidenced by acupuncture of the foot, improve the functioning of the brain, of cardio-vascular system, supporting apparatus. To do this, it is enough to regularly do acupuncture massage of the feet, which is performed by massaging the above points on the sole.

Active points on the hands

On the arms and palms, important acupuncture points are located symmetrically, which allow short term get rid of migraine attacks:

  • at the junction of the index finger and thumb (in a small depression);
  • in the depression between the radius and ulna bones on the forearm;
  • on the bends of the elbow joints.

These zones are “responsible” not only for a person’s well-being when a headache occurs, but will also help get rid of other health problems.

For example, acupuncture identifies points on the hands that are actively used in acupuncture to solve diseases such as diseases of the lungs, digestive system, heart, liver, and legs. The points on the hands responsible for these organs are located on the hand, and such points can be found on all fingers, from the thumb to the little finger.

To achieve a healing effect, the areas are massaged alternately on both hands.

General strengthening points

Let's also consider the main zones that, according to Eastern medicine, can have a general strengthening effect on the body.

  • Nei Guan point- This is a zone located on the inside of the forearm, in the middle area. In order to determine exactly where Nei Guan is located, you need to place four fingers folded together on your forearm at the level of the wrist fold. The Nei Guan point is responsible for the functioning of the pericardial channel. Knowing where the Nei Guan point is located, you can have a calming effect on the cardiovascular and nervous systems. To do this, slowly and deeply press on it and perform a massage procedure;

  • Wei Zhong point located in the popliteal fold, in its very center. It is easy to determine the Wei Zhong point in a sitting position (legs bent at the knees) or lying on your stomach. Chinese experts claim that the wei zhong point is the bladder channel, and accordingly, its stimulation helps with problems of the genitourinary system;

  • Shen Men point– located near the left edge of the wrist fold on the hand. The Shen Men point is the channel of the heart, responsible for the task of healing it in various diseases. Its stimulation is also practiced in Eastern medicine in the treatment of mental illness;

  • Shen Shu point also responsible for the functioning of the kidneys and excretory system. Massaging this point, located on the back, or more precisely, on the spine, helps with kidney disease and associated side problems, such as dizziness, weakness, chills, dry mouth, fever. Thus, knowing where Shen Shu is is useful for everyone who suffers from acute or chronic kidney disease;

  • Yin Ling Quan point is located on the inside of the knee and, according to the general interpretation, is responsible for the work of the spleen. At the same time, the acupuncture zones responsible for the functioning of this organ perform many functions. Massage performed on this area allows you to get rid of pain, dizziness, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. Also, influencing this area on the legs will help get rid of pain in the knee joints.

  • Shen Men point also refers to general strengthening, and it is located on the ears - at the top of the triangular dimples on the auricles. Her massage helps to increase the body's performance, overcome depression, apathy, and improve immunity. Also, Shen Men acupressure is used in the fight against tobacco addiction;

  • On the crown of a person, in his very center, if you draw a conventional vertical and horizontal line, there is Bai Hui point, or Baihui. In this place, all the channels of the body actually connect, and therefore the list of possibilities that a properly performed massage has is very wide;

  • "Channel of Youth" or San Yin Jiao. The name speaks for itself - her massage provides beauty and a youthful appearance. If you want to know how to find the place where the San Yin Jiao point is located, you should place four fingers on the bone on the inside of the shin. Where the fourth finger ends up will be its location. Armed with this information and the skills of proper massage, women can not only improve the appearance of their skin and hair, but also normalize the menstrual cycle, the functioning of the nervous system, reduce the appearance of the first wrinkles and even prevent the onset of premature menopause.

So, if you want to achieve longevity, you should definitely know that influencing these points is the secret of good health and longevity of many Eastern sages.

Other useful points on the body

In addition to those discussed above, there are other active points on the body, the massage effect on which helps improve well-being and the general condition of the body. These could be, for example, longevity points, so named because their stimulation has an active effect on the functioning of many organs and systems at once.

Longevity points can be located in different places of our body, for example, Tzu-san-li– a longevity point on the knee, the impact of which is widely used in acupuncture.

Many areas located on the head (for example, in the center of the forehead, above the bridge of the nose, or symmetrical areas located at the inner edges of the eyebrows) help even in cases where medications are powerless.

It has a beneficial effect on the entire body, since the ears also have projections on all human organs.

In addition to the fact that there are acupuncture points for various diseases that are relaxing, there are also those that help women look younger and more beautiful. So, among the secret techniques of oriental beauties you can find spot or spot treatment for menopause.

So, Chinese acupressure, or acupuncture massage, is a special technique that has been used for many years to improve well-being and treat various diseases. - a safe method of non-drug treatment, however, consultation with a doctor before starting the course is still mandatory.

In ancient Chinese medicine, there are many ways to treat various diseases. But for this you need to know what points there are not on the human body. Search for acupuncture points

It is necessary to know only the most important and main acupuncture points, because it is impossible to study all of them. Each point has its own action, so the effect of their stimulation can be different. They are located in special places called meridians. There are 14 of them in total. The points are divided into several main groups.

To use it well, it is necessary to have a good knowledge of the theories of Yin and Yang, namely the “Five Movements”, from the organs and subsoil and meridians through which vital energy circulates. With this knowledge and based on a correct diagnosis of the disease or syndromes that generate it, a selection of glasses can be made that can help correct the imbalance.

However, there are some points that, due to their position, their special characteristics or their effectiveness in treatment, have traditionally been the most common and are still the most important in the practice of acupuncture. These are the points that are found at the beginning or end of each major meridian that enters or leaves life energy. They correspond to one of the five movements, so you can target them using this methodology to achieve greater effect. In case of excess, calm the child: if there is an excess of function or the meridian may act in the same meridian, but at the point corresponding to the child in the wheel of 5 movements.

Harmonizing points restore the balance of the human body and its systems. They can help a person's energy reserves move in the correct sequence, bring the nervous system into harmony and get rid of stress. Each organ within a person responds to anxiety differently. If you influence these points, the organs begin to work normally.

For example, changes in the liver can be reversed by influencing the wood points of other meridians. Title and correspondence. In case of deficiency, they are moxanes. The point is selected according to the meridian that is causing the problem. This is where energy arises and begins to grow. - Location: located between the fingers and the metacarpus or metatarsus. - Use: to reduce temperature. - Technique.

Acupuncture is an ancient method of traditional Chinese medicine - treatment by inserting needles into specific points located on the human body. A related method to acupuncture is acupressure. It uses the same active points as in acupuncture, but instead of needles it is used with the thumbs and index fingers. The effect of this effect is similar to the effect of acupuncture, which can cure functional disorders and accelerate recovery, and also eliminate the effects of stress. However, the mechanism of action of acupuncture and acupressure is not yet fully understood.

In Chinese schools, acupressure is a subject of study. The use of acupressure does not require special medical education. Anyone who knows the simple and understandable laws of acupressure can help themselves. However, there is no reliable evidence yet that acupressure or acupuncture has helped cure cancer and other serious organic diseases.

Acupressure relieves and eliminates organ dysfunction and nervous disorders. By pressing with your fingers, it is impossible to introduce infection into the body.

Today, more than a thousand acupressure points are already known, and that’s not all. Even the most experienced specialist is not able to know all the points equally well. For a non-specialist, it is enough to be able to use the main points.

Types of points

The placement of the main points on the body is well known. All known acupuncture and acupressure points lie on 14 so-called meridians, studied since ancient times and each having its own name and its own scope of action.

Harmonizing points are located at the beginning and end of the meridians. The impact on them helps to harmonize the work of all organs controlled by this meridian.
There is only one stimulating point located on each meridian. Exposure to them activates the body's energy reserves.

Calming points balance the functions of the nervous system. Stimulating them causes particularly pleasant sensations. Each internal organ has its own alarm point. Correct acupressure of these points reduces suffering and soothes pain.
Special points. They are used according to certain rules to treat specific diseases.

Alarm points, or “mo-points”. Each organ of the human body is associated with certain acupressure points. The dysfunction of each organ affects the state of the point associated with it, which often facilitates the correct diagnosis. For example, with stomach diseases, pain is observed at a point on the abdomen, with kidney diseases - at a point on the lower back.

Pressure on these points, made on early stages diseases, can normalize the condition of the organ. This is a general rule: if pain is felt at any point when lightly pressed, you should massage it. As many years of practice have shown, acupressure does not produce harmful effects or complications.

Some alarm points are shown in Fig. 12.

Having prepared for the procedure, lightly place your index finger at the appropriate point on the skin and, gradually increasing the pressure, rotational movements Massage this point clockwise. The duration of acupressure for one point is from 30 s to 5 min.

A gentle technique for self-massage of internal organs

This text describes a simple and gentle massage technique, part of an abdominal massage that can be safely done to yourself and loved ones (observing three rules). Let specialists do more complex manipulations. By doing only the first round of massage (described below), you will still achieve results, just not so “quickly”, for example, in case of a serious illness, instead of two weeks with a specialist, you will heal yourself in 1-2-3 months. Are you in a hurry? We earn diseases through years of “hard work.”

Rules for self-massage of internal organs:

1. Until a slight pain! You don’t need to endure severe pain, ease the pressure until it hurts slightly!

2. One press for no more than three minutes! This is very important so as not to cause ischemia (oxygen starvation in the tissues). Ischemia most often manifests itself as increasing acute pain in the area where you have cut off the blood supply (not always at hand, but below).
If the pain has passed, we move the hand without waiting three minutes.
If the pain does not go away within three minutes, we still move the hand. Then we can return to this point again to work with it some more.

3. Press gently, gently remove your hand. Soft does not mean weak.

Procedure for massage of internal organs:

1. We look for the first point like this: from the navel to the bottom of the sternum we set aside 1/3, two fingers to the right (not the length, but the width of the fingers). This is a reflex point of the gallbladder. We press on it vertically (the description takes into account that the person is lying on his back, with his knees partially bent). To a slight pain. Sometimes a stream seems to babble under your hand; this is the flow of bile from the bladder into the intestine.

The main signs of a full gallbladder: dizziness, nausea, pain in the temples and, often, in the front of the head, crunching in the knees when squatting, pain in the knees (usually in the right). As well as digestive disorders, chronic diseases of the nasopharynx (including rhinitis, sinusitis), hemorrhoidal and varicose veins, pain in the neck, right shoulder and under the shoulder blade, joint diseases. Removing the gallbladder causes digestion to stop and joints to collapse. In this case, it is necessary to do a daily massage of the liver, which, when enlarged, takes over the function of the gallbladder. Possible endocrine disorders (thyroid dysfunction), decreased libido, menstrual cycle disorders.

When you press this point, the symptoms disappear, for example, the headache in the temples or the front of the head goes away, or you no longer get motion sickness in transport, the joints are lubricated again, and the risk of injury decreases significantly (in sports).

2. From the first point we press along the line 1/3 all the way to the left ribs. Projection of the pancreas.

The gland itself is located quite deep, and during a massage it is often possible to reach it only after a considerable period of time (a week of daily massages), until all the overlying tissues relax. If problems in the gland are caused by stretching of its ligaments with the stomach and omentum of the small intestine, then abdominal massage is the only effective method of treatment.

We push each point vertically.
The characteristic pathology of the pancreas is diabetes (increased or decreased blood sugar levels), allergies, skin rashes, susceptibility to infectious diseases, growth retardation in children.

If you do a belly massage, you will get results; If you don’t, then there will be no result, there will be no one to be offended by.

3. Right hypochondrium. Liver area. We start two fingers below the angle of the costal arches. We press not vertically along the ribs and not right under the ribs, but at an angle of 45º, as if deep into. We go through the entire hypochondrium twice from top to bottom. If nausea or lightheadedness appears when pressing, press on the first point and hold until the pain and symptoms of a full gallbladder disappear. Then we continue the liver massage.

Symptoms of excessive liver function: pain in the right hypochondrium, headaches, yellowing of the skin, dry throat, as well as eye pain, irritability, insomnia.

Symptoms of liver failure: intestinal upset, pelvic pain, pale skin color, as well as weakness and fast fatiguability, depression, decreased vision and twilight blindness. In women, uterine prolapse, urinary incontinence, and hemorrhoids are possible.

4. Left hypochondrium. Also press inward at an angle of 45º, passing each point from top to bottom. Reflex zone of the spleen.
If there are disorders in the spleen, nosebleeds and other bleeding (including uterine) and hemorrhagic manifestations are possible.
Dryness and pallor of lips, changes in taste sensations.

The entire massage described above together forms the “roof of the house.”

5. Next point: from the corner of the right pelvic bone to the navel 1/3. The area of the ileocecal valve, the place of transition of the small intestine to the large intestine. Here is the cecum, appendix, and the beginning of the ascending colon. Swelling of the valve is often manifested by bloating (bacteria penetrate through a non-functioning valve from the large intestine to the small intestine, where they should not be), and it is enough to remove the swelling by pressing and take two teaspoons of dill seed orally with water, then the bloating disappears.

In Eastern medicine, the small intestine has a strong connection to the heart. When the abdomen is bloated, the diaphragm and the heart lying behind it contract, which leads to various heart diseases, heart attacks and syndrome sudden death(fell asleep and didn’t wake up - his heart stopped, but it turns out he just ate something wrong in the evening).

6. Further in a spiral. Big turn. Pressing each point, we rise to the right ribs; from the left ribs we go down,
along the lower abdomen. We push it quite gently, about 30° to the horizontal plane, so as not to put pressure on the perinephric space. And another turn around the navel, about 5-6 cm from the navel we press at a steeper angle, about 60º to the horizontal plane, a small turn. If you mentally draw a vertical axis through the navel, then all pressures will be deep, in the direction of this axis. This is important so as not to displace the organ (intestine) in an unnatural direction. Here I would like to mention that women’s gynecology begins under the stomach and small intestine. Swelling in these organs impairs blood supply to the pelvic organs, which leads to various problems. The gynecologist treats lower, working only with the consequences of insufficient blood supply, without eliminating the cause. Why do visits to the gynecologist become regular, complicating life for the whole body with side effects of medications and manipulations, consequences of operations, etc.

7. Navel. Press on it vertically. Through it we can relieve swelling from blood vessels, improving blood supply to the pelvic organs, kidneys, and lower extremities.

Points 5, 6, and 7 are combined into a “spiral”.

Some common words. By massaging the belly, we are not treating ourselves or a loved one, we are just helping the body heal itself.

This massage should be done to yourself every day, once at night, lying in bed, when you are no longer in a hurry. Lie down, bend your knees and massage your abdomen. Preferably in a Reiki/Alive state. For independent work A plastic half-liter bottle works great; you will press with the cork. When the abdominal pain completely goes away, it is enough to do a massage as a preventative measure once every two to three weeks, or in case of any discomfort. For example, today you are on a holiday and poison your body with excess food for your own pleasure, I advise you to get a massage the next day so that the consequences of the poisoning go away faster. Or they ate something wrong.

Self-monitoring of the condition in visceral therapy

After several sessions of visceral therapy, the patient can learn to control his condition and promptly eliminate disturbances that arise in the functioning of his internal organs. For example, self-help or visceral self-therapy for disorders of the gallbladder consists of a person using his fist and fingers to apply pressure in the area of the gallbladder until mild pain appears (Fig. 1).

Against the background of this slight painful sensation, which manifests itself at the beginning of the process of stimulation of the gallbladder, without changing the pressure force, a pause is made with a time delay. When the level of pain perception decreases or completely disappears, the fist moves lower along the hypochondrium in search of pain. Having found the next painful zone, a new pressing is performed according to the same principle - also with a time delay in the painful zone, after which the fist is again moved down the hypochondrium.

This is done until the entire area along the right hypochondrium (perigallary space) is anesthetized. The number of compressions per day is determined individually based on how you feel, but should not exceed three - in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening before bed. It is advisable to stimulate the gallbladder on an empty stomach 30–40 minutes before meals, first in a supine position, then in a sitting or standing position.

In Old Slavonic visceral therapy, improvised means such as clay pots, glass jars, tightly rolled paper or rag tubes with special impregnation were widely used. In the next post we will look at some self-help techniques using some available tools.

(posters describing impact zones, Ogulov A.T.)

In 1893-1896. The famous English neuropathologist Henry Ged described in detail certain areas of the skin in which, due to diseases of the internal organs, reflected pain appears, as well as pain and temperature hyperesthesia (hyperpathy). Such areas of the skin are called Zakharyin-Ged zones, since the outstanding Russian clinician-therapist G.A. Zakharyin was the first to evaluate their diagnostic value (1889).
Sometimes, even without touching, a part of the body (skin, muscle, periosteum, vessel, fascia), which is a representative of an internal organ, begins to hurt on its own, and the magnitude of the pain is often proportional to the pathological state of this organ.
The condition of the internal organs also changes the appearance of the projection zones. An example would be moles, papillomas, keratomas, condylomas, which appear again or increase due to chronic pathology. The appearance of a vascular pattern on the skin of the face, redness or blueness of the lips, nails, changes in the appearance of the body, that is, the development of stoop or scoliosis - this is all a reaction of the peripheral projection zones to the internal pathologies present.
Sensations associated with the receptors of the internal organs on the surface of the body and extremely important for regulating the functioning of the internal organs rarely reach the level of consciousness. They carry out reflex regulation of the functions of internal organs through reflex centers in the thalamus, medulla oblongata or midbrain. Some impulses from these receptors, however, reach the cerebral cortex and cause sensations such as thirst, hunger, nausea, and pain on the surface of the skin.
The localization of irritation, as well as the ability to distinguish between their various qualities, depends on the specific connections between the sensory organ and the brain. The importance of the brain in the occurrence of sensations is clearly evident in the observed phenomenon of “referred pain.” A well-known example is the experience of people who suffer from heart disease but complain of pain in their left shoulder. In reality, of course, the stimulus originates in the heart and the corresponding nerve impulse arrives in the same part of the brain as the impulses actually originating in the shoulder, chest or arm.
Pathological processes in the integument of the body and the musculoskeletal system can reflexively influence the internal organs and their relationships. For example, scoliosis of the lumbar spine, resulting from a forced position of the body, with the development of unilateral muscle hypertonicity, contributes to a change in the position of internal organs, and this in turn leads to a disruption of their functional relationships. There is also a feedback: with pathology of internal organs, the position of the body changes. For example, we can point to the fact that chronic kidney disease causes elevation of the shoulder on the same side of the body.
Chronic lung diseases are often accompanied by the occurrence of kyphosis in the thoracic spine and the appearance of chest stiffness.
The absence of sensitive and other connections between the projections of correspondence and the internal organs, with existing disturbances in them, indicates a serious danger present in the body.
When the skin or muscle is wounded in the area of the diseased organ on the human body, long-term non-healing of the resulting wound is observed.
Correspondence zones can be used in diagnosing pathologies and monitoring the progress of treatment, as well as for stimulating an organ or system.
With a successfully chosen form of treatment, representative zones react by shrinking in area with a decrease in pain sensitivity, while their external manifestation changes (smell, color, sensation, discharge, etc.). If, on the contrary, the area of the representations increases and their sensitivity increases, then it can be argued that the treatment method was not chosen entirely correctly and the treatment process may be delayed or worsened.
Projections of organs are located on the skin, muscles, bones, periosteum, and ligaments.
Skin lesions may include swelling, itching, redness, psoriatic plaques, skin rashes, etc.
On the muscles, projections are expressed by compactions, nodules, and soreness.
Projections on the periosteum also manifest as pain, increased sensitivity or inflammation.
On the vessels, the representations are expressed by pain along the vessel, swelling of the intima of the vessel, and compaction.
Each internal organ has projections of almost all organs and systems. For example, throughout the colon there are representations of the head, kidneys, liver, arm, face, facial nerve, etc.

Empirically found representative areas of internal organs on the face and neck, known in modern medicine as zones of reflection of the work of internal organs.

The condition of the internal organs affects the appearance of the projection zones. An example would be reappearing or increasing with chronic pathology moles, papillomas, keratomas. condylomas. The appearance of a vascular pattern on the skin of the face, redness or blueness of the lips, nails, changes in the appearance of the body - these are all reactions of the peripheral projection zones to internal disorders and pathologies.

Sensations associated with the receptors of the internal organs on the surface of the body and extremely important for regulating the functioning of the internal organs rarely reach the level of consciousness. They carry out reflex regulation of the functions of internal organs through reflex centers in the thalamus. in the medulla oblongata or midbrain. Some impulses from these receptors reach the cerebral cortex and can cause sensations of nausea, hunger, thirst, and pain on the surface of the skin.

With the right form of treatment, representative zones actively react, shrinking in area with a decrease in pain sensitivity, while their external manifestation changes (smell, color, sensation, discharge, etc.).

Diagnostic representations on the human face and neck

The atlas shows diagrams of various internal organs with their projection onto the human body, mucous membranes and the organs themselves. This work describes the relationships between the nervous system, psyche and internal organs. Schemes of health and causes of diseases are outlined. Here you will see ways of recovery and A complex approach to their implementation from the point of view of alternative medicine using the reserve forces of the body itself, which in humans are limitless.

The material is presented on the basis of knowledge and practical work in official medicine and twenty years of experience in complementary medicine. The purpose of this work is to combine these two medicines into a single structure for the quick and proper restoration of the human body.

The atlas will be useful to visceral therapists, teachers of the Professional Association of Visceral Therapists, doctors, massage therapists, chiropractors and everyone who wants to be healthy.

I express my deep gratitude to our wise ancestors, who could make a diagnosis based on complaints, skin, voice, body odor, psyche, and gait. And the most important thing is to heal people from the point of view of the whole organism, using its own reserves, which are colossal in humans.

I express my deepest bow and deep gratitude to my beloved teachers: Ogulov A.T., Osintseva T.S., Neumyvakin I.P., Maksimov G.N., Zhdanov V.G. and to all who give wisdom and knowledge. I wish all people peace, happiness, joy and all earthly blessings!
